She was just a couple of houses from going to Nederland, and we may have never met. As far as apartments, there may be one or two new ones, but what I see are new RV parks springing up all over, although there may not be a lot of school children there. Eventually IMO PNG and Nederland both will drop down to 4A.

Rhodes (9700) holds more than Randall Reed (8200). Also Randall Reed is not nearly halfway for both teams like Katy. Really the only other stadium that would be a good fit would be Cy-Fair FCU Stadium at Cypress or Legacy Stadium at Katy. Both of those are taken. Maybe Tomball ISD or Ken Hall or Mercer in Sugarland or Freedom in Iowa Colony. Pretty sure Sinton would not agree to any stadium east, southeast, north or northeast of Houston. That takes out several stadiums. Best fit for all is something west or southwest of Houston. That keeps travel pretty even.
