I wish Sartin's was still around. Pain in the butt to make BBQ crabs. Still do sometimes. In fact, grandson was told about them by my son & now I have a new request. Oughta make my son help for spilling the beans. I can just see 3 grandkids trying to eat crabs for the first time, and envisioning the mess. Worse than thinking about a blizzard. Bigger shivers.

Most if not all Cajun food is poor man's food......Even the seafood was cheap because they caught it....My Dad shrimped on the weekends, sell what he needed to pay for fuel and supplies, and kept the rest.....I actually remember getting "tired" of shrimp and crabs......
