kirkwood29 replied to kirkwood29's topic in High School Football
Wait, what? I mean, I can see Tark putting some points on the board, but not 21. Give me the Hornets 34-6. -

I saw a side by side of him with a cap on and his book in picture. They do not look the same. Don’t know what to believe because so many theories are out. The nose and mouth are different. I could not post the photo.

If Newton don’t clean up their needless penalties and start playing mistake free football, they’ll be lucky to beat anybody out of District. This is the worst disciplined Newton team, I have seen in my lifetime. They must have got a good ass chewing at halftime, they looked better the second half. Physically they have a great looking group of kids.

You know, I understand wetting the field to keep the dust down, but the Astros play in mud, and a wet home plate just possibly took out Alvarez.

Me, I’d play Alvarez in LF and DH Paredes.

I’ll take the horns, but they better not go in expecting a win based on last year’s game. This is a much improved team they’re playing. I’ll take the horns 42-27.

As far as I am aware we did not sustain any further injuries than the 3 or 4 we already had currently. -

The only way that can happen is more consistant hitting. I beliieve hitting on our part can overcome our so so pitching. We'll see what we are actually made of at this point in the season starting tonight. Rumors of Paredes being back this week but where to put him. BTW Altuve day to day

Houston has to go at minimum 4-2 this week. Take both series. This is the biggest week of the season.

I got faith that things will get sorted. If im wrong i am wrong, but we will see how it looks at seasons end. Could be very wrong but i dont think a new scheme and new coach will just magically fix things. Do i think the scheme needs tweaking? Sure, always open to adjustments and changes, but i can tell you its not just “bad coaching”. The kids are soft, and if things are going to get right they need to step up and make it happen. Until then no coach will have any better success. But nobody wants to have that conversation. Easy route is blame coaches instead of the kids not taking it seriously. Anyways, theres my ted talk, thanks for reading. 😂
