East Chambers was able to get a good list because they excel in multiple sports, particularly football, have great facilities for a 2A, very good school district and they don't have "issues". ;)

It doesn't surprise me that the EC job was one that was sought after.  EC has some wonderful athletic facilities and a community that seems to be willing to athletic department.
