I thought the defense played well.  The 1’s allowed one TD in each portion of the scrimmage.  The 2’s allowed a couple but I would expect a 6A school to have more depth than us.  
I think Nederland is going to be pretty solid again this year.  They will improve each week as we did before.

Not sure what Lumberton has but I believe they were pretty young last year.  I’m not expecting to blow them out as bad this year, but Nederland should win comfortably.

I hope both teams learn a lot from this game that they can use to build upon.

I know that you are looking at all players in a scrimmage, but allowing 6 TD’s is not good defense (not even close to good defense). As I stated The Bulldogs haven’t played good defense since Delbert Spell retired
