Saban is simply the best ever.  Period. My apologies to the ghost of Bear Bryant.  I hear you were magnificent too.

Supposedly Saban is hiring BOB to take Sarks job.  Hopefully that leads him to retirement.

Seriously though.  Saban is like the John Wooden of football except Saban doesn’t have 100 schollies for a 12 man roster.  The same fact is why you have to put him above Bryant IMO.

Sake’s play calling is legit, but Mac Jones makes it look easy.  Smart QB’s will do well under him at Texas

Maybe Dabo wasn’t that far off.  Because #2 looked a lot closer to #12 than #1.   Truthfully, there were probably about 10 teams or so that were interchangeable after Bama.

That’s why a lot of people had issues with OSU getting in with only 6 games.

 

Bama was head and shoulders better than everyone else in the country.  Saban needs to retire

Alabama had no competition. Ohio State shouldn’t have even been allowed to play for the Championship. Didn’t matter though. Whoever lined up against the Tide would have lost.
