The last two 5A-D2 champs, Cedar Park and Ennis, are both in region three now. Sucks that Cedar Park with 1,949 kids will almost certainly be playing 5A-D2 again for the next two years. Same for Texas City with 1,920 kids due to being in a district with Manvel(2012) and Elkins(2114.5). Foster and Angleton have been moved into region 4.
