Several of us were still at the stadium in Beaumont watching the drive playes on our phones waiting to see how this game turned out. Seemed very exciting. Our game was over but we waited to see what happened before we left!!

Was a great game.  We have an awesome group of kids and great coaches, but I think the semifinal run and the #2 ranking has spoiled some of our fans.  Some think we are going to blow everybody out, every week.  Not gonna happen.  8-0 in 21-5A in Texas High School Football is not easy.  4-0 vs teams that will make the playoffs.  It's getting to be that time of the year.  Just win BABY!!!

Good read, the story says Dayton and New Caney are playing for playoff positioning. The seeds are already set. King will be the #1 seed in D1, New Caney will be the #2 seed in D1. Crosby will be the #1 seed in D2, Dayton will be the #2 seed in D2.
