LCM in the last few games have not had the mistakes they had in the beginning of the year. I believe LCM can beat Jasper in a close game and fight Huffman for a district championship. The one thing LCM can not do is come out flat against Jasper. I have not had a chance to watch Jasper this year.

This game is our SETXsports Big School Game of the Week

 

Last time these two played each other was the Bi-District round of the playoffs in 1992. Game ended in a 7-7 tie and Jasper advanced on penetrations.

 

Funny thing about this game, it was played in Natchitoches, Louisiana at Northwestern St.

All I can go by is that I saw both teams against WOS. Jasper looked like they didn't even care to paly against WOS. Maybe just a bad week, who knows. Jasper is tradionally tough but I have to go with LCM in this one

Two solid teams, but I think Jasper takes this one. They moved the ball better in the game I watched and I think they're a lot faster than LCM.

We're coming off a bye week, but I think homecoming will keep the Dawgs focused enough not to come out flat. Under Barbay, we've finished seasons a lot better than we've started them, so I expect Jasper to win a close one 28-21. Both teams need this one, so it'll be a great ballgame.
