Andrew McCarthy Reveals the “Giant Hole” in Fani Willis’s Case Against President Trump Which Proves His Innocence!

From the article:  "Prominent conservative attorney Andrew McCarthy, a typical Trump-basher, wrote an article last week completely blowing up corrupt Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ garbage indictment of President Trump. It turns out there is a “giant hole” in the indictment that should be grounds for immediate dismissal.

    McCarthy writes:

Why has DA Willis invoked Georgia’s version of the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, which is typically applied to mobsters engaged in the familiar rackets of murder, extortion, trafficking in narcotics and stolen goods, gambling, prostitution and so on? Because there’s a giant hole in her case: the lack of a clear crime to which Trump and his co-defendants can plausibly be said to have agreed.  The constitutional process dictates that Americans cannot be charged with a crime and forced to stand trial unless probable cause exists that a crime has been committed.

That is what’s so strange about DA Willis’s indictment. She alleges that the 19 people named in her indictment are guilty of conspiracy because they agreed to try to keep Donald Trump in power as president — specifically, to “change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump.”

Trying to change an election outcome is legal; the end doesn’t become illegal if pursued by illegal means — instead, those illegal means can be charged as crimes. But there is no conspiracy unless the objective itself is clearly a crime. You don’t see prosecutors alleging, say, that defendants were in a “conspiracy to unlawfully” commit murder or robbery. Murder and robbery are crimes.

If two or more people agree to commit murder or robbery, that is an agreement to commit a crime — a conspiracy. To the contrary, an agreement to try to reverse the result of an election is not an agreement to commit a crime.

There was no organized effort and no crime. The fact is that Trump is getting charged by a partisan prosecutor for exercising his constitutional rights.

??? Did you bother to glance at the court document? The Trump Crime Syndicate tried to unlawfully change the election results through a variety of coordinated illegal acts.

I said nothing about sources. I don’t pay attention to anyone’s polls.

Facts are facts. The trouble with facts are the pundits who twist them.  Inflation was largely a result of the disruptions brought about by the pandemic.  The rate now is well below other first world countries, as we have recovered more quickly, thanks to President Biden’s leadership. Trump didn’t have Russia or the Ukrainian war to contend with, plus the Saudis are his butt buddies, so the gasoline price comparison is a sham.  Mortgage rates are a function of interest rates  which the Fed increased to fight inflation. Not a Biden policy.  We can argue jobs all you want, but the unemployment rate is at a 30 year low. Spin that fact.

So, NPR is a bunch of communist liberals until they say something you like?  It’s either Lamestream or not, can’t have it both ways.  I don’t give a rat’s patootie about a poll anyway. Especially 14 months out.

Are you serious? The weasel says twice, “it’s heresay…”, there was no “or else” in the “so called” demand, then the talking dunderhead actually says “Yeah, but I can totally believe it.”
And you consider this truth, your source “news”?

From the article:  "Judge Tanya Chutkan, the D.C. federal district court's hanging-ist judge when it comes to the January 6 cases, was (quite coincidentally, I'm sure) assigned to Donald Trump's case after Jack Smith essentially indicted him for believing that the November 2020 election was rife with fraud.  (That's a belief, apparently, available only to Democrats following elections.)  The fact that Chutkan hates January 6 defendants doesn't mean she's anti-Trump.  However, Julie Kelly has revealed a trial transcript in which Chutkan openly states her belief that Trump should be in jail."

This, along with the other three, will be thrown out on appeal.  This is all about politics NOT the rule of law!!

This is the hidden content, please

You know, this is why blogs aren’t considered news.  This is nothing more than half-baked opinion. The transcript as printed did not show a statement saying “Trump should be in jail”. She said that fealty to one man, who happens to be still free, cost J6 defendants. Any judge who presided over so many cases of guilty people saying “Trump made me do it” might reasonably make the same observation. Think for yourself for once.

You’ll Never Guess Where the Headquarters of the Multimillion Dollar GBI Strategies LLC Is Located?  Don't know what this is?  GBI Strategies LLC, the firm connected to the police report that was covered up in Michigan since before the 2020 Election, has multi-millions flowing through its books and yet it’s reported headquarters is a house.

On October 8, 2020 a person, dropped off between 8,000-10,000 completed voter registration applications in Muskegon, Michigan.  City Clerk Ann Meisch obviously noticed.

GBI Strategies LLC, the Democrat related entity included in 2020 police report in Michigan related to election fraud, was dissolved in Tennessee in 2017.

    How does this happen?

GBI Strategies and its apparent head, Gary Bell, is listed in the police report from 2020 recently uncovered by The Gateway Pundit.

Per a review of the voter applications, it was uncovered that:

numerous forms appeared to have been completed by the same writer

addresses on multiple forms were invalid or non-existent

    phone numbers were erroneous

    signatures didn’t match

On October 16 the Muskegon Police Department was contacted and asked to investigate.

On October 20 the same person brought in another 2,500 forms.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s Office got involved on October 21.  Two members of AG Dana Nessel’s Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to the operation, yet curiously, she failed to mention the investigation to the public at any time since.

Michigan State Police got involved and an investigator assigned to the case spoke with the female suspect who explained that she was being paid $1150/week “to find un-registered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered to vote or obtain their absentee ballot.”

After documenting these crimes and investigating for weeks, the Michigan police turned their investigation over to the FBI which promptly buried the findings.

Like I said…if he only had your resume. Lol

I’d say the Supreme Court justices are constitutional scholars. Do you agree with all of them?

So, what, government employees should have no political affiliation? Shouldn’t vote? Or is it just a question of who supports who?  Trump actually called on Bill Barr publicly to indict Joe Biden when he was president.  But that wasn’t election interference in your world because it was Trump.  Now, without Biden even saying a word, Justice is interfering because it’s Your Man.

    • From 2010 to 2015, Smith served under Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder, leading the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section. The Obama Administration set in motion Democrats’ Coup against Trump from Day One of his presidency. (Excerpt from Lee Smith’s book, October 2019, “The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History”).
    •
    • Among his more notable corruption cases, Smith prosecuted the former governor of Virginia, Robert McDonnell, a Republican. Although Smith scored a conviction against McDonnell, the case was later overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in a unanimous 8-0 decision. The Court observed that “there is no doubt that this case is distasteful; it may be worse than that. But our concern is not with tawdry tales of Ferraris, Rolexes, and ball gowns. It is instead with the broader legal implications of the Government’s boundless interpretation of the federal bribery statute.” (Politico, 6/27/16). The High Court also rebuked Smith and warned that “the uncontrolled power of criminal prosecutors is a threat to our separation of powers.”
    •
    • Smith prosecuted and convicted former Democrat vice presidential nominee John Edwards. “By not losing on any of the six felony counts for which he was being tried, John Edwards won the biggest victory of his political and legal life . . . A mistrial on five counts and an acquittal on one resulted in a clear -- if not complete -- legal vindication and a likely fatal setback for federal prosecutors seeking to convict the former U.S. senator and 2004 Democratic vice presidential nominee for allegedly violating the Federal Election Campaign Act.” (U.S. News, June 1, 2012).
    •
    • Smith prosecuted Democrat Bob Menendez on public corruption charges. The case ended in a mistrial. “The way this case started was wrong, the way it was investigated was wrong, the way it was prosecuted was wrong, and the way it was tried was wrong as well,” Menendez said outside the courtroom at the time.” (Washington Examiner, 6/5/23).
    •
    • Smith prosecuted Arizona congressman Rick Renzi on corruption charges, which the Supreme Court upheld. Renzi was later pardoned by former President Trump. Renzi declared that he had been “wrongly convicted by a Department of Justice that engaged in witness tampering, illegal wiretapping, and gross prosecutorial misconduct.” (Washington Examiner, 6/5/23).

You can cherry pick cases all you’d like. I don’t have any idea how many he has tried.  You’re right about one thing. I wouldn’t want him on my team we’re I accused of murder. HE’S A FREAKIN’ PROSECUTOR’

Guess you didn’t listen to the rating agency’s reasons. One of the main ones is national division and cracks seen in our belief in our institutions.  Things Donald Trump is accused of. Financial markets hate instability, and for the first time in a long time economic indicators play a secondary role.

The Mueller report?  My friend, everything concerning the Russian collusion was a hoax perpetrated by Hillarious Clintionista with "fake" Russian dossier.  I hope all this is not new to you.

Federal indictments?  It's been said you can indict a ham sandwich.  Meaning you can always indict even when there's "nothing" there.  BTW, in this J6 indictment, the special prosecutor clown left out very important pieces concerning Trump.  Like when Trump said to protest "peacefully!"  He left that out.  This is cause for the clown himself to get indicted.  I bet you didn't know you left that part out of the indictment!  They've got a nothing burger.  Like the lady said in the video, if you would have watched it, she said Trump wants J6 ligated in order to subpoena for 2020 election documents.  Like I said before, I don't think the special council wants to go there.  But, they've been real stupid so far.

Great! If there’s exculpatory evidence out there, I’d love to see it.  Haven’t seen a shred yet, but if Jack is as dumb as you say, oughtta be a snap.
