So did they raise taxes and disguise it as a convenience?
They’re gonna take the $7.50 fee from the inspectors and add it to the registration fee. It’s not going in our pocket. We’ll have to still pay the 7.50 without any service performed. I thought the Republican way was to give us money back for unnecessary government regulation. Guess not. Take a revenue stream for small business and institutionalize it. That ain’t a conservative principle.

Sorry Bud, I didn’t write the Texas statutes. It’ll go to the Texas Senate a will see what happens, maybe both sides will actually get to present their case like it’s suppose to happen. He is still allowed due process. You seem to skip over that fact. If he is found guilty under the Texas law and statutes then he needs to be prosecuted.
He overwhelmingly spank George P. Bush’s A$$ in the 22 election for reason.
You don’t seem to get that impeachment is like an indictment, the lege like a grand jury. A defendant gets no chance to defend in a grand jury proceeding. That comes at trial, which is what the Senate does. His opportunity to defend against the indictment (due process) will occur at that proceeding. Know your civics, man.

That you still seem to believe there was Russia collusion, which has proven to be a paid for scam by your party, but still think the Hillary email scandal, Benghazi, and crackhead Hunter’s business ties to the big guy were simply vast far right conspiracies.
That’s not hypocrisy. That’s reason.

Yes.
DTC thinks Paxton is a crook and should be removed and when the Republicans did just that in an overwhelming vote, apparently DTC has an issue with it.
You would think the thread title would be, Republicans Do The Right Thing.
But not so with DTC…..
Uh, maybe because republicans doing the right thing is an aberration?

Another bandwagon for you jump on? But, it’s fine with you for the biden crime family syndicate to go unpunished? If he’s guilty, he deserves it.
Whatabout.

I liked him. He was an honorable man from what I witnessed here. Sounds like we should all be glad he’s found his eternal prace.

Another no brainer is there will be no one held accountable and the DOJ and FBI will continue to be used to undermine Republican administrations, that is if we ever get another one elected.
I'm sure we can if we can just pick the right candidate for approval from the American Idol masses.
No one is being held accountable because after five years of investigation by a handpicked Trump special prosecutor no crime was found. Not even an indictment. There’s no “there” there. Like Benghazi. Like the Hunter Biden investigation will end. You guys put Don Quixote to shame.

How many came through the southern border in the last 2 years?
I don’t know. Why don’t you invent a number?

Then why did the 19 come through Canada in 2000?

Five Migrants on Terror Watch List Arrested near AZ Border Post-Title 42! And those are the only ones they caught! Shameful!
I’d say the southern border patrol is doing their job. Eighty this fiscal year (October 1, I believe) and only two at the northern border. Common sense says the serious terrorists would cross where entrance is more lax. You know, like they did before 9-11. Follow fear at your peril.

You read stuff in there that just isn’t there. I condemned them all. Stop reaching.
You can’t condemn and defend. You either shake the dust from your feet, or you go along to get what you want.

New York is the only pace this case matters.

Alan Dershowitz is a spineless shill. Trump was found liable by a jury of his peers in a civil court, not a political court where public opinion matters. A civil court where a jury hears evidence and in this case had to reach a UNANIMOUS verdict on each count to find against the defendant. You fool yourself to think anything else.

What's your take on philanderer-in-chief Bill Clinton? Have you ever expressed any outrage about what philanderer Clinton did even while in office? I don't think you have mentioned Clinton sexcapades even once, have you?
No whatabouts. No US President had ever been held civilly liable for sexual assault and willful, malicious defamation. There is no equal nor is there any false equivalence you can make.

Didn't she say he raped her? Did the jury not believe that part?
Also, strange that she waited 25 years to bring charges right when he was running for President.
I won't defend him but anyone that thinks this is nothing more than a political hit and chooses to ignore the fact that this surfaced at this time for no reason probably still thinks Kavanaugh is guilty.
The good news is this is SURELY going to move Trump out of the way so DeSantis can be the next President, right?
To prove tape requires proving penetration by the penis. She couldn’t swear penetration because she couldn’t see it. Penetration by fingers is assault. It’s not a political hit. It was a civil suit, not a criminal charge. Six men and three women agreed unanimously on nine out of ten questions. Was Weinstein a hit? No. Sexual predators can’t get away with it as easily anymore. Nobody can “grab ‘em by the p***y” and expect to get away with it today.

not to take rape or sexual abuse lightly but why is this just a civil suit?🤔
Statute of limitations.

So, I guess the jury was rigged? I can’t wait to see how he’s defended in here. This IS the equivalent is shooting someone on Fifth Avenue. Will he lose any voters?

If you think this is about politics, you’re delusional. Violation of the Espionage Act is serious and the court system would not have indicted if they didn’t have a lot of evidence. He’ll get due process like any of us would, but he’s in serious legal trouble.
