  1. Perhaps we are not enlightened enough to know the history of these 2 names.
  2. My memory fades with time. It was before 2000. Some of my 99 classmates on here should remember more.
  3. Now introducing the "BLUE LINK" defense. Last season, I had a conversation with an administrator of this site about this same issue. I was asked not to start the discussion then. But times are changing and we must change as well. It will take me a while to get used to saying and hearing "Blue Link". Forgive me if I revert to antiquated phrases. And I will do the same for other members, unless I feel it is used as a derogatory comment.
  4. I understand your idea. But no, it's wrong. In a personal garage, I wouldn't doubt that some people have a noose. Or even have racists slurs inside a bathroom stall. But in a workplace it is not acceptable. For example, at my job, we use a rope to tie up bags to allow water to drain prior to shipping. At one point someone made a complaint to HR that there was a noose hanging. It didn't have 13 coils or whatever that's suppose to mean. But we were told to use a regular knot. Now I'm no boy scout or so my knots aren't always correct. But I would never refer to it as a nword knot. I know some have heard that before.
  5. From the article The FBI report concludes, and photographic evidence confirms, that the garage door pull rope fashioned like a noose had been positioned there since as early as last fall. noose noun : a large loop at the end of a rope that gets smaller when you pull the rope and that is used to hang people, to capture animals, etc. By definition it had no place in a garage. I installed hundreds of roll up doors around setx. Never once did the customer request the pull rope be tied as a noose.

  7. [Hidden Content] I suspected this was another jussie smollett. I'm not a racing fan. But to leave a noose tied up there since 2019 shows Nascar has a problem. Even if it has been exaggerated by MSM, the people waving antiquated flags have shown their true colors. Why keep throwing gas on an open flame?

  9. Happy fathers day to all the dedicated dads out there. I learned many lessons from my dad. First and foremost, treat others how you would like to be treated. This would go a long way towards bringing people together today.
  10. “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you.”

  12. Don't worry, I think those kids are busy practicing baseball. I know one kid from BC that may never play for his home town team. Been talking transfer for a while now.
  13. Yes sir I completely agree. If we are to believe the pyramids were built by slaves. Then wouldn't they be the oldest monuments on earth to need correction by protesters? Its like the irony of the "columbus dispatch" reporting the removal of the Columbus statue in columbus ohio. Why haven't they changed their name yet?
  14. [Hidden Content] Well @Hagar, it was a good run. Didn't realize I was posting links to racist propaganda. Its not just ancient aliens, they want to remove all the history channel's programming. Say goodbye to Pickers and pawn stars, but storage wars is safe. For now...

  16. I think it called a Freudian slip. The truth shall set you free. LoL What about pace picante salsa? The other brand was made in NYC. The most diverse city in the world.
  17. [Hidden Content] No excuse, but this happens every year. We can't jump to conclusions. Until the investigation is complete, we just don't know. 112%
  18. Moral victory. Where's the banner?
  19. Lost 10 seniors from last years team. I think there will be 8 seniors this year. 5 offensive and 7 defensive starters returning. Offense: All District Sr QB Jerren "Pop" Terrell will lead the team again. All District Jr RB Elijah Gales. Offensive line has Sr Courtney Davis and Jr Demetrius Hunter. All District Sr WR Artavious Samuel and District newcomer of the year Jason Zeigler. Defense: Led by Willie Ray Smith winner Sr LB Tyrone Brown. All District Sr LBs Jalen Thompson and Ja'marcus Ross. All District Sr CB Artavious Samuel. All District Sr S Jasachin Harris. 2nd Team All District Jr LB Dontrey McClain. District newcomer of the year Jadon Jones. Special Teams: All District Sr K Angel Ibarra Looks like DCTF knows what they're talking about. I hope the schedule stays intact. I can go to 8 games this year.
  20. If not, there will be some drones over stadiums this season.
  21. [Hidden Content] I know one of these kids parents.
  22. Keep in mind that these are precautionary measures to protect the kids. Possible exposure. No student athlete has tested positive. I know what your seeing is different than around here. We have to be optimistic and maintain our faith. Stay safe out there.
