Fear mongering 101

Mine graduates in about 6 weeks.  He’s not perfect (takes after his Daddy), but he’s a good kid. I hope I’ve prepared him. 

Made my kids have conscience. It’s lost on today’s youth. No respect for anyone and no responsibility for their actions. I’ve had people compliment me on how I raised my two boys. My oldest, before he passed, he and some of his friends would go to old folks homes and dance with the older women to make them feel young again. He was a very good one. Miss him everyday. My youngest is doing well. Very proud of him. 

Compliance is everything when interacting with Police. People do not submit to authority like they use too. Break down of the family structure is a huge factor.

Based on my health and my family’s underlying conditions, I’m comfortable rolling the dice as I did with the Moderna vaccine. To each his own though. I don’t have an issue with anyone that DOES or DOES NOT want to take it. I think people should be able to make decisions about their own lives unless it involves killing or harming others (i.e. abortion). I totally believe in the perfect gift of divine healing. But I also believe in the gifts God has bestowed like doctors and medicine. 

The shots are there for those that want, or need them.  A lot depends on the individuals situation.  I’ve had the two shots.  I’m 75 and have underlying health conditions.  It seems like the best thing for me.  If I were still 50, and in the good health I had at that time, I wouldn’t have taken it.  I’m sure there’s old folks that won’t take it, and younger folks that want it.  Each should do what’s best for their wants/needs.

Last time I checked criminals were not voluntarily submitting to background checks to purchase guns. In theory it’s a good idea but the bad guys aren’t going to abide by the background check so it’s just more red tape for the good guys.

Both background checks and red flag laws are based on the premise that we have the capability of predicting behavior based on a set of arbitrary criteria. The premise is that we can prevent crime by disarming those who we think will commit a future crime. Who posses this capability? (That is rhetorical.) If you know the criteria, please lay it down on print...right here...right now. 
As with "no fly" lists, how do we stop abuse of these programs? All are ripe for abuse and have zero oversight for fairness. All can be good if applied by Andy Griffith, but would be suspect if applied by Barney Fife. Can you image the abuse that could happen if applied by a raging Liberal (Pelosi, Schumer, AOC)...especially the rare Liberal over-achiever that has a double digit IQ (Can't come up with an example...but I assume they exist)? 
And as always, when you are finished defining the qualifications of those incapable of determining their own self protection (LOL), please explain: If someone "qualifies" as incapable of practicing his constitutionally guaranteed rights, should that person qualify as incapable of determining our elected officials?
