UIL didn’t agree with you actually the coach in question simply admitted to the allegations & took the punishment because he makes more money running his recruitment service than he does coaching HS football & furthermore has plans to go into the college ranks with his wife.
You made a baseless statement about having “talent acquisition coaches” which is simply not true so please stand on it. Tell us who these coaches are that you spoke with lol
Would the coach still be able to run or even be associated with the recruiting service if he is hired by a college program?
If not, he better land a pretty good college job to equal or exceed a present salary that is more than double his pay at North Shore. I assume we are looking at over 150,00 grand. UH and RICE or the only 2 Houston based that will get that.

I'll probably just refrain from voting for President if Trump is the Republican nominee... and I'm 99% sure that he will be. And whoever gets "lucky" and gets selected as Trump's VP pick will get eviscerated (aka Pence) by Trump eventually, just like everybody else who's ever worked for him. It's like this- All of the liberals/democrats hate him and will never vote for him. The majority of Independents/Moderates are also so turned off by his actions that they will either vote for someone else or just stay home. I'll put it like this... you have the most powerful person in the Texas House representing SETX... Dade Phelan. I think there's a very good possibility that he loses to Covey, in large part due to the endorsement of Trump. On here, I see people who are like "yeah, he's a RINO... he needs to go. Did you see where Trump endorsed him?" At the end of the day you're just shooting yourself in the foot because you're going from having the top dawg in the House (the Speaker himself) representing you... and you give that away because he's not MAGA enough for you. It's a huge loss for the locals, but at least MAGA gets a win, right? It's the reason that San Francisco kept sending Pelosi back to Washington. Was she perfect? Heck, no-far from it. Was she the most powerful person in the House? Yes.... case closed... you don't fire that person. Or at least you shouldn't. But the Left, while I disagree with them, are proving again that they are politically superior to the Right.

5-3 win over UTSA. FOOLED around and sit at 5-2 through the first 2 weeks of play. Head to A&M for a Tuesday night game and have the home opener Friday against UT Arlington starting a 3 game set.

I have met Dr. Taylor a few times and am thoroughly impressed. If there is a President as supportive of programs like him in the SLC I would be shocked.

They sure were, didnt realize that. Out on the northwest side of the region..as much as people love to hammer the UIL...not sure how they could have avoided it. What district do you move without making that district travel through Cy Fair to their region?

I was thinking that very thing about the state championship possibility. The splitting of a school district in to separate athletic districts is quite common, but not sure I have ever seen separate regions.
Nightmare scenario for UIL, highly improbable though....2 fairly new 6A schools with no alumni base to speak of meeting in Arlington with both having quite a distance to travel. This scenario keeps happening and the nightmare could become a reality.

If I'm reading things correctly, the Cypress Fairbanks schools are split in different regions. If so, how common is that? They are in District 16 and 17.

Finebaum sounds like he could cry discussing this on the SEC Network. Several people he has spoke with almost sound like they are discussing his passing. It's really interesting to see and hear.

If you truly have been places where kids are willing to go through off season workouts without playing a sport instead of taking a PE class, you have come across some darn tough kids. Unless, you have been at a place or places with such limited coaching staffs there was no real off season except in the Spring. Now, if that's the case I can see kids pulling that stunt and understand your concern.
