As for 2019. Newton varsity is loaded with sophomores (9). Tamauzia Brown and Darwin Barlow are two of the outstanding starters. They are two of the best players on Newton's team and they are outstanding players that some colleges are already looking at. Teams that Newton has played this year probably remember them. PS. they also have 13 juniors coming back next year.

Another factor in determining the stadium you play in is the cost of the stadium.

I am glad to see so many perfect people on this site casting the first stone. I sure you all would enjoy someone putting you on an internet site and everyone jabbing knives in you. He is just a kid, let the locals handle it.

If he is suspended for the rest of the season, it not only hurts him, it hurts his team and his community. Seems to me like he must have been retaliating from something the other kid did, that doesn't make it right, but there may be more to the story then just what we see on the video. A two game suspension may be adequate. I think we need to get the whole story before we make final judgment.

If the coach doesn't take proper action then he needs to be fired. UIL needs to step in. There are conduct rules.
