I'm sitting here in the beautiful Evadale Gym waiting for the start of this match between two preseason top 10 programs. Chireno #9 in 1A and the Lady Rebels, #7 in 2A.

This is a big problem for the Evadale girls in several sports. I know the Big Sandy girls are usually competitive, and W. Hardin has the "want to". Got first game (last minute addition) with Chireno, #9 in 1A, tonight at 6. Should be a good test for both. And to answer your question, IMO it's Bad! Go Lady Rebels!

In the TABC Preseason Polls, Chireno is ranked #9 in Class 1A, and Evadale is ranked #7 in 2A. Based on MaxPreps, Chireno doesn't participate in Volleyball, while Evadale lost in the second round Thursday a week ago. Virtually ever girl on the Vball team plays on Bball team, so Rebs are a little behind in getting ready, which should negate the 1A, 2A, difference (plus the fact Evadale is a small 2A). All that being said, should be a good game for both. Hope y'all can make game, but if not, Good Lord willing, I'll be posting updates. Go Lady Rebels.

My first question is what kind of reality altering drugs are they on at MU? I guess this is a small example of what the police deal with when obtaining info from a witness. Still very early. I'd predict a lot of changes between now and crunch time, at least on the Repub side. Many critical things happening all over the Globe that could affect the election also. I will use this analogy. It'd be like trying to pick the winner of next years MCM today. Since talking politics at work is frown upon to some extent, I only know one coworker who is an independent, as you seem to be by the above post. I envy both of you. When I told that to my coworker he ask why. I said, most R & D vote canceling out each other, while you Independents decide who'll be President. Much like on the SCOTUS. Justice Kennedy has enormous power/responsibility with 4 Libs and 4 Cons, and him. I would only hope that Independents vote for what they sincerely believe is best for our country, within the limits of their own religious/moral beliefs. That's what all of us should do.

If this was an adult only forum, I'd be writing about 10 or 15 lines of X rated thoughts on this subject, which I'd probably regret posting the obscenities. So I'll go with, Pathetic! When I was in the army, we had a lesson on camouflage. We were sitting in stands looking down in an overgrown depressed area. We were told there was a jeep hidden down there. Sgt's ridiculed us because most of us couldn't see it. Eventually about 80% said they saw it. Sgt told them to go down & show their dumb buddies the jeep. Once again, i must rely on what I've personally seen happen over the last 50 yrs or so. If a viable Conservative candidate gains enough support, he (or she) will be demonized by the Media (except by Fox). Remember that! It's Carson now, and if Cruz's ratings get higher, Bam! You won't believe what they'll come up with. As its closer to election time, they will identify a moderate Republican, who has little appeal to the bulk of the party, and praise him/her for their positions. At this point I'll ask you if you can name a moderate Democrat? The above senario happens every four years, and sadly, will repeat again in 2016 successfully unless there is something akin to Devine Intervention.

Not going to hear much about positive news. What bugs me the most on pharmaceuticals is the original mfg getting criticism when you can buy generic cheaper. It would be like a Corvette GM designed and built. Due to cost of all that, and quality aspects, cost will be $80,000. So Ford builds the same looking car, with inferior materials & no design cost & sells it for $50,000. But remember, GM came up with it. If they don't make a profit, there are no new designs (drugs). And what's happening now? Drug resistance bacteria. Antibiotics that are virtually useless. I could rattle on and on. Truth is, them little bacteria scare me, for all of us.
