And one has to wonder what the number would be if a large number of them weren’t given a pass because of their position. Example - “Sorry Congressman, just be careful getting home, you’ve had quite a bit to drink”.
Fascinating that this is people we used to look up too. When did we realize they were buffoons? For me it was when they brought Col. Oliver North in front of a committee to be questioned. I respected our Military leaders then, but had no idea that they were infinitely more intelligent than our Congressmen. He made them look like fools. Was he that smart, or were they that dumb? Of course Chappaquiddick had exposed their lack of morals. Sad thing is, imo, they’ve gotten dumber and have much less morals. Drain the swamp? Howabout drain the sewer.

Another side note, my best memory of going there - visitor hit a legitimate Texas Leaguer into left field. The Exporters Left Fielder, Jim Greengrass came in at top speed and in a 180 degree dive made the catch. As good a defensive play as I ever saw. Saw it duplicated but it’d be hard to top.

Stuart field Years ago a Leggett fellow played for them. I'm trying to find out his name.
Close enough - Stuart Stadium. Me and Dad went often. Him to watch baseball and me to chase foul balls & eat hot dogs. My seven may have been a record for my age group, lol.

Got me on that one I think
I bet @tvc184 knows it.
PS; on a side note, my Dad took me when I was about 6 or 7 and ate 7 hotdogs. 😂😂

Forget Minute Maid Park. Question:
Name home field of the Beaumont Exporters?

I remember the first time I saw it I busted out laughing thinking - Must be a bad-a$$ cat. Lolololololol. That strip was a classic.

We've discussed govt projects like MK Ultra before. What's possible with technology that didn't exist then? The conspiracies are numerous. One being algorithms used to push directed content on social media users. They basically create a psychological profile based on what one is Google-ing. Then they can figure out who needs to be pushed. Remember the X Files?
Great point/post. Find out where the wound up key goes - insert & twist. That’s a place I’ve never been before.

What, exactly, did he do? Hire exclusively black janitors? Seriously, I want to know what you’re talking about.
The most new owned businesses during his Administration was started by who Oh, black women. Trumps EPA allocated $100 million to fix the water in Flint, Michigan (54% black), which has been declared safe to drink. Provided $100 billion to eradicate HIV among the uninsured, primarily blacks who represented 43% of the infected. The poverty rate for blacks dropped to an all time low in 2018.
I could go on but if you’re a yellow dog Democrat, as you appear to be, you’ll ignore it all.

Slot T teams pass the ball 2 percent of the time . Spread teams run a pretty balanced attack , about a 50/50 run/pass. No comparison.
If they could just do a straight drop back or some more quick passes when its open that would be nice. Dont always have the time for 3 fakes , then for the qb to turn his back to the line and run backwards then turn around to find the receiver. They are usually covered by then
I’d be interested to know how often successful Slot T teams pass the ball. Be willing to bet it’s more than 2%. To stop the Slot T most defenses put 11 defenders in the box. That leaves the receivers wide open.

I think Trump’s words were “There’s my African American” to a guy at a rally named Cheadle. That’s not a bit of a racial slur, that is a racist slur. Drove Cheadle from the party. Trump is a racist. Biden is not, and African Americans know it. They won’t ignore it, but they’ll forgive it.
Hmmmm, Trump? The same man who did so much for blacks and the black community prior to becoming a Republican? A racist? I guess all that doesn’t count. Well my, my, my.

Slot t offense works great if you mix in a few pass plays that work.
I agree. Most (all?) of the teams successful with the Slot T have a decent passing attack, like teams who use the Spread have a decent run game.

Biden is certainly not concerned with Americans that didn’t vote for him. I guess ignoring them will certainly not make Democrats out of them. Between him and Pothole Pete, this place will be red from now on.

Snoopy’s next door neighbor was a cat. Question is:
What was the cats name?
A classic which tells you something about the cat - 😂😂👽😂😂

A picture of Pocohauntas (Elizabeth Warren) saying:
If you need 30 rounds to hunt, you must suck at hunting.
Underneath a picture of Tommy Lee Jones saying:
And if you need an unarmed society to govern, you must suck at governing.

I’m completely at a loss to understand the reactions (or lack thereof) of the politicians involved. From Buttigieg to DeWine and add who you want. There’s plenty of blame to go around. Fascinating. Absolutely fascinating.

Congrats to this young man. Wherever he goes he should be an asset.

What else can the Biden Administration foulup? Our country is going to pot. My wife just bought two Swanson TV dinners - Hungry Man chicken. One had the chocolate pudding in with the chicken. One had about 7 pieces of chicken in it, including one on top of the mashed potatoes. Where’s the integrity? Who’s accountable? Companies are so hard up for employees is there no competent people out there? Biden’s America. Yup, four more years of this and, no doubt we’ll officially change the FBI into the KGB, and the NYTimes and MSNBC into Pravada. Many years back Merle ask if we were heading downhill like a snowball headed for hell? Got your answer Merle. A big bold YES!

Amazing how that happens. An example of “cause and effect”?

Durn him for not allowing himself to be bought off by politicians.

Pay attention. You ever notice, when the poo is hitting the fan (balloons flying all over the US), something happens to take the spotlight off of the current situation? Almost invariably. Forget about the balloons. Forget about the toxic train disaster in Ohio. Let’s concentrate on the MSU shootings and gun control. Hot topic issue. Think about it, or watch in the future. This guy had a rap sheet. Allegedly a known mental case. Do they have these types on a list and goad them to commit some atrocious act to turn everyone’s attention on them? Some years back I would’ve said that’s absurd. Now? There are no boundaries. No moral barriers. What we have in charge now are the same type people who pumped venereal disease into unsuspecting black soldiers (Tuskegee Experiment). Who sent white soldiers in radioactive areas to see the effects on them. They’re the equivalent of Dr. Mengele. I don’t say that lightly. These folks are scary. Research Dr.Zeke Emanuel. Biden put him on the Covid Advisory Board. His claim to fame - people should not live past 75.
-
Now they’re saying mentally ill. So why wasn’t the Loon put in an asylum? Imo, we don’t need more jails, we need more asylums. A lot more Asylums.
-
I’m trying to think of one, just one, of Biden’s Cabinet that is competent. From Mayorkas (Homeland Security) telling us the border is secure, to Buttigieg (Department of Transportation) who’s been completely ignoring the disastrous train wreck in Ohio. Doesn’t Pothhole Pete realize he’s endangering peoples lives? It’s amateur hour in DC, and they’re not even good at it.
Just now listening to Joe telling everyone how good the economy is doing. Where? Good for who? Lord, give me strength.
What In The Heck Is The Black National Anthem?

Sorry folks, there’s only one National Anthem. Anything else is merely an abomination. This song would drive Dr. King up the wall, and does nothing but separates blacks from the rest of America. Tell me folks, is that what you want?
