Me too. Not only do the gizmos freak me out, i enjoy the detail put into every curve and cut. When I attended Lamar, we would sit in the Cardinal's Nest in the morning before classes. Some guy, every morning, played "From the Beginning" by Emerson, Lake, and Palmer and he played "Layla" by Derek and the Dominos (Eric Clapton). If you didn't hear those two songs everyday, that guy was not there. I guess that's why that song has stuck with me. Not a bad song at all, but I get sick of any song I hear all the time.

Qbs in the draft aren't expected to be proven. How can they be? Texans needed a QB who can start. Osweiler has proven he can play the position, but playing backup and doing well is totally different than being the starter. Make mistakes as a backup, fans are forgiving. Make the same mistakes as a starter, they call for your head.....especially in Houston.

Texas missed a lot of easy shots. Baylor is a good team, but Texas should have won, just not today.

Not trying to be a downer, but this is the way I see it. Osweiler handed Brady's Pats their first loss and won several games to boot. He could be great or he could crash and burn like Shaub. I remember a backup who filled in great by the name of Matt Cassell. Since then he has been with about 5 different teams. Maybe Osweiler will be the man, but just because you win some games with the best defense to cover your butt does not mean you can do it for the long haul. Texans put out some huge money on a QB and RB.

I'll be brutally honest. The Eagles blocked well for McCoy, why couldn't Murray run behind them? There is a chemistry amongst teams. Totally agree. I still want a QB at 4, then hopefully, Henry is there in the 2nd round, then maybe address the defensive line/ backs through the draft or free agency.
