If we take out their bridges and power grids, the Iranian people will suffer and civilians possibly killed (although that’s been a fact of any war). Well, I think $300 billion is way too much, but we did rebuild Iraq ($140 billion), Afghanistan ($150 billion), and under the Marshall Plan, rebuilt Europe ($150 billion equivalent) after WWII.
