  2. Reading all the bickering about the defense,it’s really like this guys and I can’t believe it’s not been said ‘as far as I’ve seen’the kids have been running a 50 defense their entire lives, yes since peewee this has been what they’ve learned…switching things up in a year is/was a disaster. It may look better the second go round,we’ll see!Do I agree of course not and it’s not because of a certain formation but because why fix something that’s not broken!

Maybe the goal is to rent or lease the event center to others, including the stadium. Katy and other schools are doing it, why not us too? Just saying everything that WOS does is not just one dimensional.

It’s not really geographically possible for too much of that…about the only teams that would work out is like deweyville and sabine pass or something,we already all know where that’s headed…they can’t afford what we would want to charge

I think they've had enough time to finish up everything out there. But i have not been that way in a while. I do know they will consider approval of selling the event center naming rights at tomorrow's meeting.

I'd like to see a name on the home teams broadcast booth. Honoring an local ledgendary broadcaster that recently retired from radio. I'd bet Gary Stelly along with John Kimbro have been up there more that some of our OCs. Would be a great tip of the cap to KOGT for what they've done for OC sports over the years.

Nothing is done, event center is really close I believe…my understanding is they want graduation held in it so yeah it’s really close

I don’t think it happens in two years, but three-four isn’t unrealistic.

Do the faithful have anything to say about the upcoming season? I was thinking that WOS graduated a bunch of starters, but you’d know better than me.

Had enough return last year to make a difference and as we all know it didn’t!Returning players are irrelevant unless scheme changes imo, hopefully something changes.

They didn’t win a game the entire season last year. They didn’t win the year before that. The program has a rich history and what a great deal to have someone like Robertson getting involved. With that said, the program needs to see signs of life this year or perhaps it’s time to bring in a fresh perspective and a new skipper to lead these young men. They are the only Orange County public school to not have a competitive team. Too proud a program for that, and they have been down long enough.

+1000,I just don’t know if it’s gonna happen, from what I’ve seen they do have a chance to win a few games. This is his fifth year and it’s been pretty rough each year,we’ll see!

WO-S - I do not think they will regress any more. This team has the talent and athleticism and tradition to bounce back. If the fans/community get behind the new HC system, it won't take long for the Mustangs to start stampeding again.  Not long at all.

WOS needs more than fans/community getting behind the HC system…
