all in all, a fantastic season for the rangers! 12 games over .500 is the best they've finished in a very long time. they're an extremely young team, with a bright future ahead of them. had they not had a ton of injuries, they would've contended for the wild card, and they still managed to compete in both the wild card and division races into early september. i'm excited to see what they do next year.

the results are becoming more and more respectable. they're just a couple of quality players away from turning these close games into wins!

is it true that HJ might have to bring up a couple of kids from the 8th grade squad just to fill out their roster?

nice result for vidor. every game has plays on both sides that cost them. sure if lumberton had played a perfect game, they would've won... but they didn't, and vidor got the W.

UPDATES i'm pretty sure Juan graduated from ETBU already. Also, Waldrup is no longer on the roster at UTT... anyone know what's up with that? Kirby is seeing extensive playing time at Denver, starting all but one game, with a goal and team-leading 3 assists. Granato has scored a goal for Concordia. Jenna Jones starts every game for ETBU, and Ansel does so for as well for a very solid UTD. Taylor has started every game for an 8-2 UTEP team. Very impressive. Binagia has played in 6 games for LU, no starts. Greenway has made 3 appearances for Delta St, no starts. Jacob Fairchild has appeared in 6 games for WP, 2 starts. Stockie and Gurskie have yet to see action, but as they are goal keepers, they aren't going to be subbed into a game unless someone is hurt. Ryan Washburn has yet to see action.

i'm interested to see how they do in conference play.

the record isn't good, but the results seem to be improving. it will be interesting to see what the Cards do in a pretty weak conference.

May have to try that........woould like to try crabbing in there I like crabbing in that fairly large (for out there) bayou or cut coming out of the left/south side of Johnson's Lake. I have caught as many as 30 dozen in one morning. I don't know if it has recovered from Ike or not but that was a killer spot. Go into that cut toward the old fish/duck camp. When it curves to the right is where we anchor off, just out of the current. That curve is pretty deep also compared to the surrounding area and has some good Redfish in it sometimes. You can sometimes see them come up and grab bait while you are crabbing. well, TVC...since your offering your guide service, maybe we should plan a trip.........may bring bullets as well......I owe him a trip YES! i've been jonesing for a good fishing trip. not doing too well from the bank in the last few weeks.
