i think it might be Lazeek's primary all-star team he's coaching.

perk's a fantastic player, but he's tied for 89th in the league for scoring.  he's also only 27th in the league in boards.  whether or not he deserves an all-star nod (i personally think he does), he simply doesn't score and rebound enough.  great defense and good hustle simply aren't enough in the NBA to get you to the all-star game.  i think if he can ever get up to maybe 15 points and 10 boards a game (rather than the current 11 and 8) he might find his way onto the squad.

Horns won 71-67.  They really played pretty well against a scrappy tech team.  Tech kept the score close in the second half by hitting a whole bunch of 3s.  Gary Johnson was huge for the horns, scoring 22, grabbing 9 boards, and, in what must have been an awe-inspiring total to his teammates, went 8-10 from the line.

i thought about coming out, but i played basketball for about 2 1/2 hours today and my legs/arms/stomache/back/knees/head/feet/hands hurt too bad.

Congrats, Nederville!  i for one didn't think y'all would pull this one out, but i've got no problem admitting i was wrong.  this has been a heck of a season for you guys.  keep it up in the playoffs!
