I agree, I like most of Trumps policies but he made bad hires in his first term and he’s made some bad hires in this term. I understand that some people think this whole Epstein situation is about Trump and it’s not. My understanding is Trump pressed Congresswoman Boebert and MTG very hard not to vote for allowing a vote to be cast on the Epstein Files Transparency Act but once a vote was allowed to be cast and bring forth the Transparency Act on Epstein the Democrats and Republicans voted almost unanimously to pass the Act which hardly ever happens. At that point Trump had to sign the Epstein Files Transparency Act or look like a Pedo Protector if he didn’t. Thomas Massie is no moron like Trump called him the other day at the National Prayer Breakfast. The guy is a MIT graduate with 30 patents, he is not stupid. I believe Massie out smarted him on this Epstein issue and Trump is mad. If I am wrong on any of this please correct me. People need to understand Trump is not perfect, he is capable of making mistakes but you can’t be covering for people that have harmed children in this manner period!

As a somewhat moderate conservative, I feel voter ID laws is the most common-sense thing that can be done to ensure the integrity of our elections. Eliminating mail-in options for anyone who's not overseas in the military would help a lot as well.

Raskins is a snake in my opinion but Bondie looked and sounded like a very untrustworthy person. I don’t think she answered a question from anyone. The hearing was about the Epstein files and when questioned about them she starts ranting about the Dow Jones, very odd. This did not look good for Trump imo. I don’t think this is going away anytime soon. Smh

I was wrong. I missed the LP win in 2012. LP leads all-time 8-7. But, y’all have won the more recent games. LP won in 2014. Then, we played on and off during LP’s coaching changes, and y’all have won 5 in a row. It’s been a series of streaks with 7 point or less games in the middle. After y’all’s first win in 2011, LP won by 4 in 2012. Y’all won by 2 in 2013. LP won by 6 in 2014. Y’all won by 6 in 2015. The other games have been wider margin wins by both teams. LP has never played Lufkin or New Caney. But, they have a winning record against every other 9-5A team. The LP/PAM series is the closest.

Last year NC brought a freshman up to play QB a few games into the season. He did a solid job. The only question on him will be if he continues to play football. He is listed as the number 2 shortstop in the country in his class in some rankings.

KFDM is currently running the poll "Are you satisfied with the DOJ's handing of the release of the Jeffery Epstein files?" Their poll results always skew very conservative, so it's really telling that currently 72% of respondents have chosen "no."

Ranking Region 3 5AD1 districts right now, I'd have to say: 11-5A 12-5A 9-5A 10-5A But, I don't think the gap between 11-5A & 9-5A is as big as some may think. I put 12-5A ahead of 9-5A because of Weiss. But, 9-5A may actually have more depth. The BISD schools are the wildcards on the total depth of 9-5A.

I consider myself am an independent conservative if I have to have a label. A lot of what I post doesn’t make the daily news. I haven’t watch daily news since November of 2020. Like I said earlier if there are victims then why hasn’t the people that victimized them been prosecuted and put in prison. A political party shouldn’t matter in this situation. This is a real problem in my book. May not be for others and if so they need to do some soul searching.
