That game was probably for the district championship. Both teams are very good. Neither team will do much in the playoffs if they play defense like they did tonight.

NO DOUBT we have some work to do on defense but keeping things in perspective…LC probably has the best QB, RB, and O-Line in Region 2! They were IMPRESSIVE!’ So if you take away the 21 points we pretty much handed them in the first half off our mistakes…the score probably wouldn’t have been that close because we came out and held them to 2 scores in the 2nd half! I’m also betting their Coach might have a different opinion of the “environment” at The Reservation now…lol!

At the end of the day Lufkin was just to physical for BH. Once our defense adjusted to the tempo and settled in they were lights out. BH needs to find someone to help Morton out. That kid is special. Also my son was called something several times tonight. Gotta do better BH.

The Indians found a way to win and that is great. A win vs Huntsville and we will see another district championship. Hopefully the defense will get better

With all due respect to everyone, I do not support abortion. I do not condone killing a human being. Ms. Thurman's death would have been prevented if, she should have never gotten pregnant 🤰. She knowingly had health problems. Ms. Thurman should either have either been using protection or abstain from sexual activity. She should take responsibility for her own health. We shouldn't blame the abortion ban for stuff like that. Ms. Thurman made a decision to travel in another state where abortion is legal to get pills 💊 to terminate a pregnancy. People should live with the decisions they make!

I was at this game. 51-37. Gilmer seemed more motivated. Brenham’s RB already has 1,000 yards but you can’t give it to him every play. Passing game couldn’t do much other than a few plays. Brenham not looking so stout like they had been. Randle rolls through Region 3.

I’d confidently put Melissa and Emerson ahead of us right now, along with Texas High and SoC. Not Anna or Lovejoy, at least not right now. Maybe Argyle. But, honestly, I’d be ok with dropping out of the rankings entirely. We’re at best a reasonable top 12 team, and focus on the rankings is a dumb distraction. This team needs to just play the season in front of them. I don’t care about what number is next to our name, or the win streak. I want us entirely focused on just the one game in front of us. That’s the only thing that matters.

A W is a W. I hope we’re able to take something from this to improve on defense. A bright spot is we got experience against a better-than-average offense and still got a win. If there are things that can be improved with coaching, LC is a heck of a team to have to discover them against. it certainly doesn’t look like we’re the top team in the division. I’d put Randle and SoC ahead of us right now. Henry without a doubt needs to be the go-to RB. Hunstville is going to be a monster of an opponent, but we can talk about that next week.

Faced a little adversity tonight. Lumberton scored first, and the cards answered back, then never looked back. We played sloppy at times and our conditioning was bad. Too many mistakes that Lum didn’t make us pay for. My assessment as of this week: we’re not “the real deal” at this point in the season. But I think we have a good shot at making the playoffs in this district if we stay healthy. Lum has some work to do.

An excellent win for the Bulldogs 3-1 start and 1-0 The offense appeared to improve even though it was hard to tell vs Splendora, the weakest team they will play this year. The running game with Thomas has been good, but was fantastic tonight and I saw improvement in the passing game. I did also see a little improvement with the OK Defensively, the Dogs did not appear like there was any improvement Did not see much pressure on the QB and the secondary is just bad. Hopefully they will get better this week All in all a very nice win for the Dogs

Doctors make that choice on a daily basis, not just with abortion cases. The fact that a doctor made a clear choice to let a poor black girl suffer til she died is what is asinine. The fact that a promiscuous girl was using abortion as birth control to kill a baby is asinine. The fact that “traffic” made her choose chemical abortion on the spot without considering the risks is asinine. But do you know what is most asinine? The fact that you won’t admit to any fault other than the anti-abortion law in Georgia for the girl’s death. And the law is the one thing that was there to protect her. It allowed her to have a procedure to make her well despite her poor choices and the failings of the ER.

Stop… BC is is going at least 3-4 rounds in the playoffs… they are juggernauts

I will say this, a 100% healthy Silsbee team probably doesn't lose by 32. They would still lose to Hitchcock. Those 4-5 missing pieces last night really showed itself. Tigers get a bye week and will definitely need it going into Hamshire-Fannett. Secondary will have to play better in that game.

Maybe it was. But both PNG and LC need to move past this game quickly, because they each have opponents next week capable of turning this district on its head. Week 2 of this district is going to be very interesting. And you got Dayton/Nederland also. We will know a lot more in 7 more days.
