Alto definitely had 90 + applicants. Current Head Coaches was over 20. Former Head Coaches was well over 20 Multiple Head Coaches with State Championships Multiple Head Coaches with State Championships as Coordinators Multiple Coordinators with State Championships as assistant coaches Multiple 4A and above Coordinators Alto is a GREAT JOB. Hemphill, not so much.

I would like to see the the actual list of applicants per a Public Information Request. I am confident that the number would not approach 90. The public needs to understand that not only will head coaches be hard to find, assistants will be even more difficult to find. What Dad's and Mom's consider small East Texas town a good job doesn't mean qualified coaches are willing to come there.
