Swept the indians!!! The pitching was very good. Two shutouts and a combined score of 19-3 in three games. The angels come to Arlington for a 3 game series.
-
Arrighetti did fine. 5.2 innings, 2 runs, 6 hits, 2 K's, 0 BB's. Baltimore's Rogers had another typical outing. Tough pitcher. Arrighetti did his job to keep it close.
-
They could have had a few play both in the scrimmage.
-
Must’ve gotten a couple more. It was the first week of practice when I was told 14
-
I was at the HJ scrimmage. Kountze had 24 on varsity. About 18 on JV.
-
But I don't think that has anything to do with eligibility. I think that is in general. I could be wrong. That reads as if the player has a choice as to play both or simply chooses to play down. If he is ruled ineligible, he has no choice other than going back to Brenham.

Not sure exactly how many but they have one. Would not be the first JV with 14
-
Yeah 14 kids for JV…
-
Kountze definitely has a JV
-
Heard they were trying to force a JV team but didn’t really have enough
-
Hard to beat any team 4 in a row. 3-2 loss. AAW gonna correct me but I thought Arrighetti pitched pretty good.

Can't complain about this statement! @UT alum @DCT @Boyz N Da Hood

Makes sense. Hopefully they can create a strong force upfront, play all around team ball and make another deep run this season! -
Under University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules, an all-state varsity player is generally allowed to play on a sub-varsity team (junior varsity or freshman) as a double-header, but not to drop down permanently. Restrictions on "playing down" An all-state varsity player cannot permanently move to a sub-varsity team, especially if the player is a senior. The UIL and many local school districts have rules to prevent athletes from purposefully dropping to a lower competition level to dominate. Most of this can found ch400/403 subchapter M I know he isn't a senior before you single word out*

There's less depth up front. Still got plenty skill players. -

Would you say that they have a lack of depth on defense and skilled players (certainly compared to last season)? Due to the fact that there's several key positions that they're trying to fill and solidify, are they looking at growing pains until the experience of playing at the varsity level kicks in? -
Train wreck? Lmao. You have obviously overlooked all the negotiations Trump has had in the last 6 months. Since you are pulling for communist Putin to win so you can crow, shouldn’t you be happy it isn’t resolved? What a true American you really are.

Don't recall any kicking done at the scrimmage.

Did u see a kicker at the scrimmage?
