  1. Today
  2. Babin clearly transferred for athletic reasons......
  3. Analysis is on the basis of what the administration released as a framework for the agreement.
  4. You are delusional. We’ve lost 13 Americans, depleted our weapons stock, spent billions to get back to where we started, cost consumers billions in gasoline expenditures due to unnecessary supply disruptions. No regime change. No more nuclear deal than already existed. Made US an international laughingstock. We don’t control the Strait. We don’t hold all the cards. Trump laid our hand down.
  5. No one else has dropped bombs. What are you even talking about?
  6. Not a fan of the recruiting and all that within public schools but I hope everything goes well for Babin. Hopefully Woodville coaching staff and players can avoid distractions and focus on making the best out of what we got. We still got good players who deserve the coaching staff's best efforts. I hear we got a few new faces on the coaching staff that might do well so hopefully we make the best personnel adjustments and get ready to have a great season. 🦅
  7. The 17 year old who filmed himself urinating on Austin Metcalf’s grave and posting it on the internet, has been arrested.
  8. Yesterday
  9. Got swept by the twins. Monday L 2-4 Tuesday L 2-12 Thursday L 3-9 padres coming to town for a weekend series. Season record: 35-39
  10. no, I was told he had an on going injury that was fixed after first of the year, hopefully be ready for the season.
  11. Is this for real? I’m no expert on stocks. Let me know. The guy looks like Carnac the Magnificent. Lol
  12. So are you saying this MOU is a better deal? [Hidden Content] [Hidden Content]
  13. Did we get rid of the oppressive regime that slaughtered 40,000 Iranians? Then Trump told the Iranian people to rise up help was on the way, what happened to the help? Did we secure the uranium? They obviously have enough missiles to keep the Strait closed and bomb Israel. You say we won…what did we win? You do know we borrowed hundreds of billions of dollars to start this war along with losing 13 US Soldiers and created irreversible inflation. We are almost 40 TRILLION IN WHOLE IN DEBT! Smh
  14. Here’s an opinion piece. Iran’s only threat was closing the Straits of Hormuz (minus the nuke factor). It was their ace up the sleeve. Iran thought they could partition off the strait and selectively allow ships to pass they deemed acceptable, or even board them with their Ranger boat navy. Well, Trump showed them what a total blockage would do. Iran’s attempt to hold the world hostage (which is what they excel at anyway) was countered with a total blockade. After Trump’s stranglehold has proven effective and brought them to their knees and the treaty table, it’s time to get the deal done. No matter what Trump does, it will be met with opposition and pure pessimism. Since it has been mentioned that Obama had a treaty with Iran, I guess I won’t hear the but but from Boys (z). lol. However, Obama’s treaty would have run its course. Now Trump wants an ironclad deal and we hear about not dealing with terrorists. Please list the wars that didn’t end in treaty.
  15. Correct. Woodville has already had their say by not signing off.
  16. 2Wedge - It will not be vs Woodville. It will be Babin and BH vs 6A District 18 (if the move is questioned).
  17. It’s not a mess. They can’t do anything without…..money. All the money they get will be in exchange for good behavior. They have no Navy, no air-force, no radar to protect itself…..over 13,000 targets bombed over the last few months….their gay leader has not seen the sun since he was one of those 13,000 targets…..and since being gay is a crime, punishable by death, he’s not starting out too good…..lol I don’t understand how anyone could think we don’t hold all the cards
  18. Last night's exchange between the Branch brothers was truly a blessing to witness. Just saw online that the umpiring crew located their parents and gave them the lineup card from the game. Their mom looks like she was still crying and it was likely quite a few minutes after the game when the umpires had the opportunity to give it to them. Family and sports!! What a great experience for them and glad we all got to watch.
  19. Wrong. JCPOA didn't have snap inspections of any sites, or destruction of existing enriched nuclear material. In fact, it included terms that required giving notice to Iran about upcoming inspections, and even allowed them to self report enrichment. JCPOA was a big, fat nothingburger. It's yet to be seen what this will turn into.
  20. No different then the Obama deal.
  21. Trump trying to take his exit from the Iran War. Lol
  22. I think it is a good ruling. Hunter should be ecstatic.
  23. The case of US v. Hemani was released today dealing with current federal law on the use of prohibited substances (even if not convicted of a crime), making such use a felony under federal law. It puts an illegal drug user, in this case, marijuana, in the same category as a convicted felon. Any possession of a firearm as a user of an illegal substance makes you a felon. In this case, Mr. Hemani from Texas was found to possess firearms in his home and also marijuana. He was arrested and convicted under federal law for being the user of an illegal substance, even though he had not been convicted of such a crime. They made possession of marijuana in his house with the firearms and his admission that he used marijuana about every other day, to convict him as a felon. Hemani appeal to the Fifth Circuit Court of appeals in New Orleans, who ruled against the federal law. Mere use of an illegal substance does not make a person an automatic danger to the public. The Supreme Court left open the possibility of a felony if the user was could be proven to be a danger due to an addiction instead of mere use of an illegal substance. We can all imagine a crack cocaine user who is looking to rob stores or people on the street or break into homes to support his habit. The decision pointed out that the right to keep it bear arm was a fundamental right of all Americans, unless the government could show a compelling reason to take away that right such as a danger to the public. They ruled that it was presumed to be lawful to keep and bear arms with the burden on the government to prove the person was an addict and danger. But what was the vote count between the right and left wings of the Court? 9-0 Yep, the federal law making the mere use of an illegal substance a felony to possess a firearm was just removed by the Supreme Court in a unanimous decision.
