Can't see a letdown... outright DC on the line,  last home game (senior night) seniors are'nt gonna dissapoint their Moms and Dads, and if we use some of our back ups....well they do pretty well too. Dogs by three or four TD's.

By halftime fri night Lots of things could happen... Theres a Good chance the game is close to over and for sure the election is over.  So does central do a skit where Romney knocks obama and big bird to the ground if Romney is our new president???

There's a forum for politics.  This is Nederland vs. Central.  You know, football. You say Nederland will beat Central pretty bad as judging how you described it above... I think this will be a good game.  Better than most think.

No actually, Vidor wants to be able to play D2 so they can feel more confident in a first round win. There's been so much smack talk that Pirate fans would have to eat crow after first round till next football season. ;D

We win Friday and Pirates are gonna have to roll in Div I and face Dayton or Summer Creek....face it, first round is not a cake walk at all!  Don't you want to play the best?  Nederland wants to play the best, we don't wish for an easier path.

All I gotta say is Nederland has to watch out for the long passes that kid has an arm he knows how to launch it. I say Nederland wins this one

Of course Central is going to come ready to play with the playoffs on the line for them and as usual Nederland will come ready to play as well.  Yes, Central's QB has a great arm but Ned's D-Line is too strong and I don't think he will able to release quick enough to complete a bunch of passes.

This game has the capability to be a high scoring game, like last here's Ozen / Nederland matchup.  Green from Ozen last year can be compared to Mitchell from this year.  I would love to  be on the winning end of this one.

Nederland could also go the farthest in our district thanks to a dominating defense that causes lots of mistakes,  a power running back that's always falling forwards, a passing game that's good for at least one explosive play a game, and special teams that make very few mistakes.  I'll take our scenario every day!
