I agree. That's a solid top 6 though, and someone has to be #6 I guess. I would argue that Nederland has had a tougher strength of schedule than say Vidor, so I am not sure how they are ranked so much higher especially with Nederland's state ranking. Doesn't really matter though, just goes to show how ridiculous polls can be sometimes.

I would say any team between 1-8 (especially 3-8) could beat each other on any given day. Not familiar with LaPorte, so that one is hard to say. Maybe they are that much better, I don't know. Either way, it's a measuring stick, and it gives people something to debate.

glad to see the point gap close between PAM and laporte. 148-140 would be more appropiate. ozen is a much better team than south houston. as in this week,clear lake springs is not as good as they were last year.

lol...with PAM being up there too...smh...hey santa fe cant hang with jv teams...point being i wouldn't be thumpin my chest thinking vidor should be #1... nederland at best #5. they were ranked #5 and anglton #3..wasn't that much of a difference...vidor /wos #2 cold spring #4 if that...they took it on the chin the week before.
