I think Trevin Sonnier will be Nederland's best player next season. He will play both ways and should have a great season.
I agree about Sonnier, but I also believe Jake Kemp will do great things as well  ;)

Forney is the key guy for Nederland next year. Sonnier and Kemp are going to play big roles next season though.

Dayton- DARRIAN WRIGHT # 65, Aron Ripkowski #54, Joe Duff #34, Andres Herrera #10, Jakari Delasbour #22, Gamal Fowler #20, Armando Reyes #30, Jared Goss #35, Jamad St. Andre freshman. Look out for these guys to be the playmakers. but as shown in DAYTON year in and year out its always the unheard of guy making big plays. My prediction... Regional semifinals 3 peat maybe more. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

BH-
Ryan Rueter - LB 1st team all-dist. as a soph.
James Bellard -LB will give BH a great LB crop.
Logan McSwain- Can play LB or DE 2nd team all-dist. as a soph

Wade Duke WR
Jesse Morton WR

Andrew McMillian  RB had a good year as a soph.

BH had a kid in the secondary, can't remember his full name  Perry, he also got all-dist honors as a soph.

I cant believe you think that and am even more shocked you put it out there for others to see. It just shows you have NO, 0, NILL football knowledge. I dont think the young man has been groomed for 2 years to swap spots as a senior. Also dont throw the comparisons arond that anyone at Lumberton will be as good or better at RB than Hanna was.  COME ON MANNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!

Four from PNG
QB Doty
OL Lunceford
DE/LB Schexneider
WR Jalali

Others from 20 4A
Nederland             Lumberton            Ozen
QB Forney             QB Hughes           RB Jackson
OL Jones
WR Selanga/Schlett

Central                 LCM                    Vidor
RB Heard              WR Sonnier           ? Not sure who is returning
QB Mitchell           QB Gonzales
I agree that Hughes could be one of the best, but only if he moves to running back. He's a pretty good QB and should be moved to backup, move Purks into the top spot, he is also a good QB, equal too or possibly better than Hughes. Hughes on the other hand could be a running back on the level of Jacob Hanna. He's got speed and good ball handling, I think he could easily be in the running for the top rushing spot if he concentrates on that one position.

I personally think if Coach Creduer would move Hughes to running back he could be one of the best if not THE best in the area. The boy has got skills in the running department, better than his QB skills if you ask me, Puks could take over as QB. he knows the job as much as Hughes.

Are they going to keep Forney at qb? Tyler Smith started the year in front of him on the depth chart before he got hurt. They might just keep Forney back at DE.

Gotta keep Forney at QB. He really got that passing attack going.

Sorry ROT, gotta agree with the majority on this one. While Hughes potential as a runner is fact, u dont move a 2 year starter at qb his senior year. Besides, what could be better than Hughes having the ball in his hands EVERY play. Im sure Credeur will find a way to exploit Hughes athleticism PLENTY this year.  IMO, the lack of running game at Ltown this year was due to an inexperienced Oline. Sorry for getting off topic......

LCM, outside of the qb-receiver realm, has 3-year starter senior rb Tevvin Jones, junior 2-way lineman (and all-american shot-put and discus thrower) Hayden Reed, 1st team all-district corner Aldric Jones and junior team tackles leader Ruben Alinez.  LCM-like last year-once again has former players coming back out who should contribute as well as several former WO-S guys who should impact.  Also watch out for several of the freshman from last year, LCM will likely start 4-5 sophomores on a team that returns-depending on how you count it-14 to 16 starters already.  I believe that there is also optimism in the second year of an offensive and defensive system drastically different from the Moody years.  The bears will have 8 to 10 three-year starters, mostly sophomores (one freshman).  It would seem that the sophomore laden class of 2007, a year which will go down in shame in Bear Country, will pay dividens.  And there is always the Hunter Gonzales-Zack Sonnier connection, although one should definately expect more production from the likes of returning impact players at receiver-Preston Armstrong, Tyler Wright, Danniel Harrison, and Elliot Perry (a starter before sustaining a season ending wrist injury during the first scrimmage after catching a couple of passes.  On defense, expect significant contributions from new guys, as several sophomores and a couple of WO-S transfers fight for playing time.  This in a unit that only loses 3 starters, and played respectibly when motivated.  However, dont expect the size dilemna on the d-line to be solved anytime soon.  The d-line will remain potent pass-rushers but will face severe handicaps against bigger offensive lines.  Both kickers, who were first timers a year ago, return, and Gonzales will man the Punter spot for a third straight year.  Tevvin Jones will return kicks for a third straight year, and super-quick Aldric Jones will likely be one of the two punt returners.

I think they will go with what got them to the playoffs after such a rough start, Forney throwing the ball. Tyler Smith would be good back there as well if they need Dionte on defense.
