1.
hard to make a prediction cause if LCM wins tomorrow night i think they rest their starters, if they lose tomorrow night they will go full out and who knows what Sezar will do if its his last game on Senior Night. Im holding my prediction for right now.
I don't think so.  If LC-M beats Central, a win against Vidor would put LCM, Vidor, and Livingston in a 3way tie for second place at 5-2 (assuming Livingston beats their last opponent - I think it's PNG).  Therefore, they could possibly end up as the second place team in district, and the number 1 team in the small schools bracket.  If they lose to Central, though, they will have to beat Vidor and hope for a central loss to send them to the postseason.  Either way, I believe they will approach the game with the same amount of intensity, especially considering that Vidor-LCM is somewhat of a rivalry game to begin with.
2. If Lumberton pulls this one out you heard it from me first.  LCM, in a mental lapse, blows this one and virtually forfeits their playoff hopes. Like I said, come Friday night, you heard it from me first. L-Train 21 LCM    17
3. Sezar runs it in from the 16 to make it 16-13. Also, I am listening to this on the radio, and as this is the first time I have even been able to hear an LCM game in 2 years, I want to give a huge thanks and a thumbs up to the guys in the broadcast booth
4. All I know is if I can't get a live game feed of the game again this year I am going to be writing some very angry letters to a lot of different people. Also, I want about 20000 in-game updates on SETXsports.  Someone needs to make this happen
5. Hey, someone tell the Bear fans they need to start posting again.  >:(
6. Since they're not keeping up with the standings, can anyone give me the final district standings for 38-4A?
7. We never got a score from the LCM-HF game?  :o We gotta start taking soccer more seriously...
8. Way to go, Bears!  You know when Islander gets back on the board its a big win.  Man, keep it up boys!
9. Way to go LCM!  It looks like you guys have the opportunity to prove a lot of people (including yours truly) wrong this year!  Keep up the good work!
10. Nice.  Hey I've been out of the loop (up in Yankee Land and what not); does anyone know where I can find the LCM boys and girls season results?
11. To answer the subject: No.  LCM will beat them 307 to 1/2 at Nederland, and 5.4*10^7 to (pi/4)^2 at LCM.  Christian Wendt will score 680,000 points in the home game, with most coming in mop-up time in the 4th quarter.  The victories will be so one-sided, LCM will skip the rest of the basketball season and go straight to playing the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals (they will win in 6, then sweep the Western Conference champion).  Nederland, meanwhile, will be so ashamed of the loss, they will disband the entire sports department.  The loss of revenue will send the Nederland Independent School District into a vicious cycle of decreased funding and student dropouts, eventually culminating in the closing of the school.  All business and industry will be forced to leave the area, and Nederland will have to revert to a pre-Stone Age nomadic life-style based on foraging to survive.  The standard of living will still, however, be higher than in neighboring Port Neches.
12. I'm guessing that since lcm2007ms stopped posting 25 minutes ago that we lost... :-\
13. Being around LCM, I definitely think they will finish better than 7th.  They return two all-district receivers/tight ends, two very very talented running backs, as well as 4 starters on the o-line.  I see a much different offense than in the first two Crouch years - more run oriented while bringing along the new quarterback.  Defensively they will be much better against the run, but will have to prove themselves at the corner position and at free safety.  And remember, they did play the last two games last year with 6 or 7 sophomores getting big playing time.  While a lot of this is due to a ridiculous amount of injuries late in the year, it means that you will see several juniors with significant varsity experience, and that makes a difference.  Finally, the team will be significantly tougher, more disciplined, and focused than in 2011.  With that being said, I don't know what everyone in the district has, so I won't make a guess, but I think the DCTF prediction is fair.
14.
That other section hasn't been up in almost 3 years.
Hey I've been on here for a while... Just curious, why was it taken off?
15. Whatever happened to the SETX history page?  I was going to check some stats but I can't find it? P.S, When is the all-star game?
16.
[How many times has Nederland won the district championship in UIL Academics over the last eleven years?
Just want to point out that LCM took 2nd in UIL last year (barely lost to PNG) and took 3rd this year (losing by one 5th place to Nederland), despite missing all of band (see: half of their UIL team) because of the triennial field trip to Colorado...just saying...  :)
17. Where will the games be played?  (I know at Lamar, but more specifically...)
18. To the earlier arguement about how many coaches a school should have: it totally depends on the size of the football program.  Deweyville doesn't need as many coaches as Bridge City, who doesn't need as many coaches as PNG or West Brook.  A school with 200+ kids in the program is gonna need more coaches.
19.
Carlines HR left the field faster than a speeding bullet !
What type of bullet?
20. Judging by how many all-districts picks outside of LCM are juniors or younger, it would probably behoove the Bears to participate. I know you are reading this, Coach Watz...
