WO-S at OF Friday/Here's The Setup!!

If OF wins they are in. If WOS wins they would finish tied for 3rd and would have a playoff to determine the 3rd spot.

If OF wins and HF loses to BC then OF and HF would finish tied for 2nd and would have to have a playoff to determine 2nd and 3rd

With the downtime next week, IF OF and HF are tied for a spot, I would think they would play to use it as a warmup game since there are no games scheduled next week. Could be an oppurtunity for the kids to get to play at Lamar to get use to playing on a bigger field also. Ya just never know.

I don't think they'll flip. I wouldn't..Neither team wants to get 3rd because if they advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs they would most likely meet BC again.

I doubt they flip, both will need a warm-up game. Like the post above, this will give them an opportunity to play on a bigger field before it REALLY counts.

Don't count WO-S out just yet, they have proven themselves as fighters all year. But the task will be tough as I'm sure they will have to face Felts and Statum. Good luck Stangs!

Is baseball the same as basketball and volleyball?  If you get 3rd and win your first playoff game you get a bye to the regional quarterfinals.  If it is the same, it is something to think about.

Yes it's the same. But you run into BC in the 3rd round.....

after losing to hj wos would have to beat of twice that would be a tall order
