Its going to be in goodrich but dont know the time yet.

What do you think of Spurgers chances?

          Lloyd: "Soooo your saying theres a chance!"

Spurger is a good team but may be out classed on this one.

Team ball for spurger is the key for them to keep this one close.

Can't wait to see this game!!!!!!!!!!!!! Spurger has been playing great ball and I think they will even pick it up more when facing tougher team.  Will be great to get them ready for playoff.  This is a fabulous group of hard working, heart playing, classy kids who admire and work hard for their coach.  Can't wait boys....I'll be there screming my head off!!

I haven't seen Spurger play but I have seen Cleveland. Spurger better bring their A game......good luck to Spurger.

I haven't seen Spurger play but I have seen Cleveland. Spurger better bring their A game......good luck to Spurger.

Spurger played cleveland early in the season and lost by 6 or 8. they were about two weeks out of football then so I know they are a whole lot better,but so is spurger IMOP.Its going to be a real test of the heart and soul of spurger.That being said I think it will be closer than some might think.

If they were in different 1-a divisions I think the warm up game with Brookeland would have been a good decision(not sure if they are both D-1) or not.While it's good to play tough games to get ready for the playoffs,I'm not sure about this one.Playoff basketball is all about momentum and Cleveland may be to deep for the Pirates.I wish Spurger the best but this one will be tough.

BUT I DO SEE A CLOSE GAME UNTIL THE FINISH

CHASE HANDLE THE FLOOR TO YOUR PACE AND ITS A GREAT GAME

Pirates, nobody in 1A are as good as Cleveland. Go make some noise in the playoffs!

IF YALL CAN PLAY WITH CLEVELAND THAN YALL

WILL BE FINE IN THE PLAYOFFS

      He actually had a pretty solid year for a sophomore starting in that district. I can assure you, it hasn't hurt his recruiting at all and that will only improve with the move back to the Wack.

      If Crumedy eventually has bigger aspirations than being in Jasper, every aspect of the program will be looked at when someone interviews him for any job. He knows that. The mindset needs to be that any time someone wears a Jasper uniform, that they're doing everything they possibly can to win. It matters.

      You said a lot there. Truthfully, that is the root of the issue. Who cares what a kid thinks about how coaches are running a program? Kids play, coaches coach. For some reason, parents have this backward in a lot of places and its wreaking havoc.
