Darth Texas Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago I saw Nederland in person last week and WOS in their scrimmage against PNG. Nederland didn’t show me anything that says they’re at a point where they can contend with the combination of Jefferson and WOS’s passing game. Conversely, if Nederland runs the ball the way they did against West Brook they aren’t going to get much on the ground. This might be a three-score game by halftime. Quote

I think the run game was decent 140 yards between the two backs both averaged around 4ypc, Nederland just cant afford turnovers, penalties, and sacks in this game, and what I dont understand is why I hardly ever see Nederland run screens especially with two decent backs. navydawg31 1 Quote

The screen part… I don’t understand why that wasn’t involved at all… I hope the offensive play calling gets better this week. Quote

Correct me if I’m wrong but after calling plays the first year, Rich didn’t call plays last year and is not calling plays this year. If so, is this a problem? Quote
