It's like some want the team to fail so that he would fail.

It's obvious that winning in the playoffs isn't good enough to some.

Winning the first round isn’t usually something to brag about since it’s so watered down these days…last night was a good win and maybe the best of his career!

I believe that there are some who want the team to fail so Hick fails. I don't think those people are on this board. But, to your second point. Winning in the playoffs IS NOT enough... the bar is higher than that. No its not always achieved, but IT IS where the bar is set in this community. People don't have to like it, but it is what it is. 

I, too, agree that this was a big win for him. I am glad to see the kids having success.

I completely understand the bar. I get it.

I just think continually being negative even when winning is just getting old. We get it. Some folks just don't want H as head coach no matter what the team does.

I disagree with you about a poster or two here. Some of those posts makes one think otherwise.

I may not see all of the posts because I'm not on that much so you maybe right. I try and be as objective as I can. Sometimes I probably come off negative. I NEVER pull for our kids to lose. But I know there are those in our community who do. 

I also know what goes on in the program and I'm pretty sure you know that. The same effort needs to be given before the results happen. That's not happening and people know it. That's a problem and will be until something changes.

That's not a complaint by me. It's reality.
