Looks like mother nature may get in the way of some of these.  At minimum it will probably change the playing conditions.

Friday night I will be at the poker room at the Nugget.

It'll be good practice for some cause I think we're going to see alot of rain games this season similar to 2022 season. I hope I'm wrong.

Liberty at Diboll along with Kirbyville.  That should be a good test for LP and Kirby

Orangefield at Silsbee scrimmage has been moved up to 6:30 and not 7pm.

Silsbee starts on Offense 

12 Play series

JV - 0

Offense moved the ball on a series of roll out passes and outside runs but stalls inside 20.

OrangeField defense holds but just barely.  Good interior defense but struggled on the edges.

Freshman - TD

Offense with complete dominance. Passing and big outside runs.  Was driving for the another score when series stopped.

Orangefield defense gives up several big runs on the edge and can't cover the flats which shows on multiple out route completions.

Hardin at Hull Daisetta (varsity only)

Hardin scored twice and HD moved the ball a bit but did not cash in.

Was told quite a few starters for Hardin only played one series and then it was time for backups.

Was also told HD will be better than some may expect. Not real sure how they did last year, but was informed they are improved on both sides of the ball.

Orangefield Offense both Freshman & JV net no scores 

Crossed the 50 one time.

Both Tiger team defenses look solid in this scrimmage.  Especially run defense.

Tigers Second set nets squat as the Bobcat defense stiffens.

Bobcat offense up next.

JV scores on slant play after big pass down field.

That's the end of the JV/Freshman scrimmage.

I think wos varsity will scrimmage at 6 instead of 7 today
