Hardin is traveling over to New Waverly tomorrow for a battle with the 6-1 Bulldogs. What are your thoughts on this one? Massey has it 35-14 in favor of Hardin but we've seen the computer have a malfunction or two this year.

How long has this district been playing on Thursday nights? It seems like they adopted the idea nearly a decade ago? Maybe not quite that long.

Certainly not after the horrendous season they had a year ago (considering they did finish 4th) but the game I saw against a district opponent, they did NOT cross the 50 yard line and looked very young and inexperienced. What a difference a year makes.

It's been many years since I have seen Kountze football. What does this game look like on the field? Sounds like on paper it may not be very close. Kountze run heavy, or do they throw it around some? Are they top heavy, or building up from the lower grade levels?

This. All it takes is want to from the coaching staff. Your HS kicker should be picked out by 7-8th grade. It's not difficult. Every small school has 1 walking the halls. Winnie has produced kickers for a very long time and it's not by accident.
