I just find it odd how many people want to make statements about BH when there is plenty of room in their own programs for improvements. Note I never critique Silsbee at all.

Our boys are athletic enough. We recently beat a Top 5 FBM, beat a top 10 G-Ball this year, also Forney and PAM lately. You don't do that without some athleticism. Thanks for your concern but we will roll with our boys just fine.

BH has a great offseason program… they compete at the top in all sports boys and girls.

I don’t have any insight into why Abseck left. But my two cents: Based on watching my family members deal with the BH administration (I’ve got nieces and nephews in BH school district), I wouldn’t want to be employed there. It’s all petty politics and people letting power go to their heads. I’m getting this secondhand, but the “I can’t believe we have to deal with this” kind of stories I’ve heard add up to a giant red flag.

Mike McCarthy might become available. He’s used to dealing with heavy handed bosses, and said 2 days ago to the press, ‘He’s a builder.’

Better watch out BH might tell Berneathy, since you are used to winning here might as well become the head coach here lol

Good luck to Abseck he has been a good coach for the Eagles.  BH will always be a place where Coaches come to grab some cash before retirement, so this was expected at least from me. Don’t care about the drama all schools have it, but BH is always trolled by its haters 😃.  Looking forward to the next retiree👊

Crosby may be willing to make a swap. 🤣

Hopefully BH will get a consulting company since that seems to be the popular thing now.  BH is an attractive job, but the area can’t compare to the hill country IMO ,so leave those coaches alone. 😎 Find someone with kids in the intermediate to JR high age group, so they stay a bit. BH needs an up in coming in other words.

Considering they've already offered the job to two others, I'd assume they're not looking for a consulting companies help. My money is on a coach from South of the area who is real familiar with Gators.

TW would not have gone 14-1, 16-0 and 14-1 at Allen had he stayed.

TW went 14-1 the year after Murray retired. That 16-0 team had like 5 NFL guys in it so he probably does the same. Murray gets a lot of the credit but his best coaching job was probably his 2008 title team were he came to Houston and beat a sick FB Hightower team with the 5A player of the year.
