With two and a half weeks left in regular season the playoff and DC is up for grabs. Lumberton playing pretty good ball and starting to gain confidence with their end of the season matchup with Vidor coming up. Vidor resting and keeping a eye on that match up with Lumberton and then closing out the season against Jasper. BC doing everything they can to keep pace with the front runners and a playoff spot. Silsbee is putting together some consistent games at the right time to make a charge for the playoffs. Jasper struggling down the stretch looking for some consistency to make a push at the end of the season. LCM has a ways to go but has started to go in the right direction. WOS is playing spoiler this late in the season.

Oh, what one game can do to a district. With two weeks left in the regular season the playoffs and DC is still up for grabs. 

We have some interesting and important games this week. Lumberton/Vidor play for the top spot, BC/Jasper play for playoff survival, LCM/WOS play to get out of the cellar. Silsbee sets back and watches the rest slug it out as it is their turn to take a rest. The playoff and DC scenarios have astronomical variations.

Vidor maintains their hold on the top spot, BC getting hot at the end of the season, Lumberton has lost two in a row and lost a little momentum, Silsbee still holding onto the last spot, Jasper trying to salvage the series agains BC and a playoff spot, LCM still has an inside shot at making the playoffs, WOS has been eliminated. 

Playoff scenarios

Vidor can make the playoffs with a win against Lumberton and a Jasper loss against BC.

BC can make the playoffs with a sweep against Jasper.

Lumberton can make the playoffs with a win against Vidor.

Silsbee can make the playoffs with a Jasper loss. 

Jasper can make the playoffs with winning two of their last three games and Silsbee lose their last two games or a Lumberton loss.

LCM can make the playoffs with winning out and Silsbee losing their last two games and BC losing their last three games.

Oh, what a tangled web we weave in 9-4A. Three of the top four teams can be the DC, three of the top four teams are in the playoffs not knowing what seed they will be with one team hanging on for playoffs life. Vidor, BC and Silsbee all have a shot at the DC or Co-DC. Please raise your food trays and keep all arms and legs inside your sets and buckle up folks it's going to be a wild ride the last week of regular season. 

Chaos scenarios

Vidor -  in playoffs; DC - Vidor is the only team that controls their own destiny with a sweep over Jasper; Vidor split their series with BC and Silsbee so there could be a two way and/or three way tie for the DC. 

BC - in playoffs; DC - needs to sweep WOS and Vidor to lose two games; BC spit their series with Vidor and swept Silsbee so can only be Co-DC with Vidor.

Silsbee - needs one win to make the playoffs; Can not be out right DC; Silsbee was swept by BC and split with Vidor so can only be Co-DC with Vidor.

Lumberton - in playoffs; Can not be out right DC or tie for DC. 

LCM - needs to sweep Silsbee to make the playoffs

Jasper - has been eliminated from the playoffs due to being swept by Silsbee. 

WOS - has been eliminated from the playoffs.

If BC wins, they’re 9-3. If Vidor also wins, they’ll be 10-2. How would they be co-champions?

Same scenario if BC and Vidor both lose… Vidor would be a game up.  

I think it’s “and” not “or.”

BC win, Vidor lose, Vidor/BC Co-DC
