A little confidence goes a long way, L-town is in no position to load up on a stiff pre-season schedule. Depth will always be an issue, lets get to district as healthy as possible. "Smashmouth" football is not Lumberton's forte, but I do get your point.

A little confidence, yes. But blowout games, like last week actually give a false sense of value. Im not necessarily saying they need to schedule Carthage to open the season, but I also think that playing teams of your own caliber would be the most beneficial.
