My God... Not this again. Can't we all just be happy those meth head dirt burglars choked again?!

Just sit back and enjoy the absolute illogical and pathetic show to come.   The “well we might suck but the teams that kick our arse don’t” mentality is perfect for aggy.   The SEC really couldn’t have done better.  An absolute loser of a program with inroads to a hotbed of recruits. Meanwhile, aggy found a whole new level of moral victory, which has long been its greatest tradition.

Yes, just sit back and enjoy the show lol

I will say this, I know we hate to see Bama in every NC game but to be honest , it's only a few programs around the country that can take down a full strength Alabama team on a consistent basis

USC

Texas

LSU

Florida

Ohio State

Nebraska

Miami

Michigan

Notre Dame

Penn State

Oklahoma

Until these programs become irrelivent again Bama will continue to dominate college football

I will say this tho Georgia and Ohio State are on the come up and could possibly be the teams to unseat the tide at the top

Reason why i wont say Clemson is becaues Clemson is just really getting started i have to see them do this a few more seasons before i put them with these programs who have proven when at full strength (recruiting, coaching, wins) they can dominate an era

Wasent there an all sec championship game in 2011? Just pray someone gets past the 50 yard line this time

The ratings will be low for this game

This will be the 6th All-SEC national title match since 2011:

Football 2017 (UGA-Ala)
Baseball 2017 (LSU-UF)
Women's Hoops 2017 (USC-MSU)
Softball 2014 (UF-Ala)
Baseball 2011 (USC-UF)
Football 2011 (Ala-LSU)

I agree.  Good post.  I agree with Colin most of the time in CFB.   And he constantly says that Bama is the gold standard and the rest of the SEC is largely overrated.  Top heavy conference with a bunch of mediocrity.  Couldn’t agree more.  Thanks for sharing!

Since the start of the BCS era (1998) here are the amount of championships won by each conference after Monday night's game:

SEC: 11
ACC: 4 (Miami won as member of Big East)
Big 10: 2
Big 12: 2
PAC 12: 1* (Vacated)

If Georgia wins Monday those 11 Titles will have been won by 6 different schools.

Question:  how many of those titles were won by Texas and how many by Texas A&M?  I’ll hang up and listen...

Pretty Sure OU has been relivent.

Ohio State has been on the UP and Up since Meyer took over. They are always there at some point.

Bama will continue to dominate until Saban leaves.

Not really an equal distribution for a 12 team league. I guess since everyone wins, it does not really matter.

Name another conference with more?

Georgia could've had a couple but never could get past Bama in the SEC championship!

Just the Dawgs luck they didn't face them this year for the SEC championship but now get to play them for all the marbles!

Poor Dawgs can't catch a break when it comes to the Tide. I do think it's going to be a great game but it's hard to beat Bama when you try to play Bama ball!

    • That was an awesome video!  I feel so proud of these young men.  They proved the doubters wrong.  Bellville should be proud, too.  I know it didn't end like they had hoped, but we've been there, so we can definitely empathize with them.  Great season, Brahmas!
    • Meh.. Everyone knows this. The kid that got injured wasn't lifting weights. Supposedly he was hit with a helmet in his elbow. In my opinion the kid shouldn't have been put in that situation. AD should've told the Varsity baseball players to sit that one out. I have no issues with the lifting or conditioning. However, anytime helmets/pads are on there is a higher risk of injury. This AD showed a total lack of respect for HIS baseball program.
    • Maybe.. however..  Many athletic director / head football coach have lost their job despite the athletic program as a whole being successful.. if the football team struggles.  On the other hand, when football teams are doing great but the rest of the program stinks.. AD/HFC still keeps their job. WOS.  Newton. .. programs as a whole were fairly weak during those many years of football power and very few people even knew it.  Or cared. Yet, AD/HFC kept their jobs for years. Meanwhile, I remember an AD/HFC at Barbers Hill lost his job after every program in the school won district championships and even had several team sports (baseball, softball, girls hoops, etc.) making runs at state.  But the football team was mediocre.  Fired. I'm not saying you're wrong, just that perception is reality.  And the perception is that your athletic program can suck as long as football wins.. it doesn't matter how strong the athletic program is if football sucks.
    • 5A Bi-District Baseball: Friendswood vs. Nederland -Game 1: Thursday (May 2): 6:30pm -Game 2: Friday (May 3): 6:30pm -Game 3 (If Needed): Saturday (May 4): 12pm *All games at Goose Creek Memorial HS*
    • Baseball mafia can cry all they want but when the talent isn’t there it ain’t there lol
