Can't put them in over a host of other programs that have. Sure head to head Desoto would probably beat a bunch of smaller teams, but within their division they cant get it done. Not sure they've even been to the title game. Heck even neighbors at Lancaster got to the big show. Outside of Desoto and Tyler your list is solid. I'd add Denton Guyer and Cameron Yoe.
