Bigdog
20 penalties that is unreal. Dayton has had 26 the last 2 weeks and that is unacceptable. When is the last time Ned has had that many penalties in a game. Also I can't pull it up but what were the offensive stats for each team. Credit: Houston Chronicle Here you go. Dayton Nederland Total yards 395 449 First downs 25 24 Rushes/Yds 33/270 34/137 Average rush 8.18 4.03 Comp/Atts 13/28/1 22/40/2 Pass yards 125 312 Comp pct 46.43 55 Punts 4 4 Punting Yards 113 155 Punting Average 28.25 38.75 Fumbles/Lost 1/1 4/2 Penalties-yards 12-95 20-
jayhawk
I know a lot of people are complaining about the Bronco's penalties but I'm kind of happy for the win ! We looked a lot sharper than previous weeks. The coaching staff made some good adjustments on defense and we actually played defense. Our QB did a good job of running and passing ,receivers made some great catches still room for improvement ( can't drop those wide open passes) McBride is McBride played some RB,receiver and wild-cat QB running right up the middle for the last TD. Big Ned played hard and I thought some of their penalties were out of frustration getting out-manned and out played for the most of the game but one bright spot is Ned's QB ( best athlete on the team!) jake94
4 turnovers and 179 yards in penalties? Unreal! Also, it did not seem like we threw for over 300 yards and they only threw for 125. Are those stats backwards?! Credit: Houston Chronicle Here you go. workbootz
If Dayton receivers would actually block... #15 would've had a field day once he hit that corner it was house time
jayhawk
That's got to be a miss-print 312 yards passing for Ned.?

Bronco/Cat Fan
Mosquitos were horrible in the stands on the visitors side! Concession stand could have made a lot of money selling mosquito spray. Broncos are looking better. Keep working hard and cut down on the penalties. liltex
Ned & Dayt got some things to fix/tweek.These 2 teams when they meet are so pumped up they both over react=penalties.I enjoyed seeing a few tackles but improvement needed.Met the Ned booster club president & Sage's father & others @ their home by the stadium for their tailgating.I was sad we can't have 1/10 th the fan support Ned has.A fine group of dedicated parents who offered me kindness & a brewski.PS scan the fresh team, there are some players there.I did hear 1 toy poodle barking tonight but it came from tailgaters home. This is the biggest line Dayt has had since 2002.Ned just outmatched upfront.Booster pres told me they'd spent 30 K just recent,Dayt Booster Club (3)raised $3,100 all of last yr.Shame parents won't get involved cause the few working(kids graduated 3 yrs ago)I've made a pledge to try to make a differance, some posters on here have agreed to do their part.See you Ned supporters@Hamb Depot tues 6-9 drop in and share your Setxsports HS Preview Show in your backyard. 3n2 and Mr. Buddy Garrity

rvbulldogs
I think it's asking too much out of #22 to be tailback and play full time D. It's a tough Decision on Sage if you remove him from QB because he may be the leading rusher on the team. Lots to work on but it starts with discipline. bigned85
Matt
Kind of worried about Dayton's D giving up around 1,200 yards in 2 games.
bronco pride
Kind of worried about Dayton's D giving up around 1,200 yards in 2 games. as long as a team has 20 penalties and 4 turnovers it's all good.lol. In all seriousness I'm glad dayton got the win and maybe a little confidence. Still a lot of work though.
understand
A lot of bulldogs fans were on here talking about Central players not shaking hands now that's nothing on side of Bulldogs players getting ejections and back to back personal fouls so next time you guys write about Central kids talk about yours first now let me here you say they or just kids.
