College Football Rankings 2014: Updated Outlook Before Week 2 Polls

Aggies and Horns both predicted to move up.
For the sake of discussion, what's you're opinion:
If a ranked team wins, but just barely against a lessor team. Or, they just generally are not as good as 10 teams below them. Should they move down?
I don't think a win should should automatically guarantee your current rankings.
