LOL!  You haven't been around long enough to reload, nor has your team or fans even earned the right to utter the phrase "we will just reload".

I will wager you don't make the playoffs in your first year in 5a.  Right now, Atascocita and Kingwood are both better than you....both are pretty much .500 teams in 5a.      That's with Sharp at QB.  You don't have the horses to run with either one of them.  Now take Sharp away, and a heavy senior team...replace it with what you will have in 2014....yeah, i don't think so.
Have you seen Atascocita? They cannot beat SC in football, and that's right now

Atascocita would wipe the floor with SC in the trenches and that's where it matters. Lets see what happens to sharp when he is running for his life the entire game.

You mean like SC did Vidor? Keep dreaming, I know what I saw...and I watched both teams....they line about the same as ours

YEP!  Was bout to say the same thing. Vidor was full of under sized, over achieving kids last year. Vidor would have less of a shot in 5A than SC.  Hands down.
Well I would think so with an enrollment number that is about 600 kiss less than sc. ::)

Wow SC has a shot at making a playoff run this year and the conversstion is about what may happen next year. I for one hope SC stays 4a.
SC wont make the playoffs their first 2 seasons in Region 2 6A in the Spring ISD/Klein ISD/Atascocita/Kingwood district (a murderers row of a district-10 teams), so for their sake i really hope they have a successful playoff run longer than 2 rounds deep this year.

After this season ,Summer Creek will become more of a running team because they will still have Chatman and a decent o-line.They would just have to find them a quarterback but for this year they should win district and be a threat to go to state

Lol.  Delusional if you think you could hang with atascocita or Kingwood for an entire game.    Kingwood is huge upfront in comparison to sc....and atascocita can match sc athlete for athlete with more depth and a offensive spread mastermind in stump.    Sc could compete for maybe 3 quarters, after that ahs and khs take over.  SC has a good team but it isn't a better team either team faced 7 out of 10 games last year.  They faired well against team that would of hung 60 on SC with little trouble.

Exactly....  Not only that they have an enrollment of 3200 kids....they are every bit as talented as SC at the skill spots.

I wouldn't say "Wipe the floor" exactly. AHS started 2012 looking like the best team they had ever fielded (even better than 2009 when they had guys like Kent Brooks on the team) however they got progressively more sloppy towards the latter half of the season, as they have done every year they have played (yes, every). If we are talking about the team that started the season, I'd say in a hypothetical matchup AHS would have been a 3 score favorite. With late season AHS, probably a tossup.

All the supposed talent in Humble and they've only made the playoff once in like 7 years. The Spring 5a district is tough which is the one SC would be in but I think they would battle for a fourth playoff spot with one of the Klein schools conceding losses to Westfield and Dekaney most years.

Lol.  You played them when they were absent a senior class...and brand spanking new.  It takes 10 years or so for a program to get its footing (most, not all)

Comparing what you did to Atascocita back when it started and what it is now, is not only irrational its unfair.    You beat a JV program the first year, and the second game was closer....as i recall it was 21-14 at the half, with a final of 35-21.  Again this was a 2nd year program that was primarily filled with juniors as the starters (Because they split and directly went to varsity with 9-11, all viable juniors for varsity...played for Humble.  At the time, if you were on a varsity squad, you did not have to transfer with your class to Atascocita).

Atascocita was plagued with an incompetent Head coach for the first 6 years of its existence.  They produced what you would expect a Colbert team to produce.    Anyone familiar with Colbert will tell you that the man was more a determent to development of game plans then a contributor.

Couldn't tell you.  I have never seen this individual play (i am assuming its you).

If i were this individual i wouldn't worry about it.  pour your heart into the game, do your very best, and things will work out.
AHS is 26-25 since they've had seniors. Have only won more than 5 games once. All you do is make excuses for why Humble ISD has so much talent but can't win games other than SC. I don't care how unsetteled the area is, if you have talent you should average more than 4 wins a season which Atascosita does. Humble high will only win 2 district games again this year but i guess the area is growing or the program doesn't have its footing? I guess opening SC ruined every football team in the district?

Not necessarily true. I'd say all the Humble isd schools are pretty close talent wise (I'd actually argue that AHS has a bit more to work with than SC). Humble, AHS, and KHS are adjusting to coaching changes, which IMO the first two are getting better coaches then they had before. I don't mean any disrespect when I say this, but coach Colbert and his staff was extremely apathetic, at least at Atascocita. I haven't seen that entire team anywhere near as fired up prior to the 2012 season, believe me, I've watched their games since year 1.
