We have to analyze each team next year on who they're bringing back next year. I think at least y'all bring back more of y'all squad am I right? Y'all could make a run but Central Heights was one team that I knew that may be in Regionals this season.

Y'all and New Waverly are the only teams in the district I'm pulling for so get it done!

The game between New Waverly and East Chambers should be a good one.

You know what it had to be the girls' schedule. I'm at work while looking at this in between loads.

I had saw that Danbury placed 3rd in that district and Hempstead 4th... Both of their records in district are way better than Brazos and Van Vleck.

Well I have to root for the Pirates now. Although I see them going up against Hitchcock in the first round not exactly a team that I would want to face right now. I can see our district handling theirs though 3-1 or we split it 2-2 because Tarkington and East Bernard is a toss up but New Waverly and Crockett will definitely handle Danbury and Hempstead.

This is the embarrassment right here.

As far as this goes don't count on it... Coldspring is losing talent like a cancer patient losing weight so it will be awhile until they can get some legit talent and also the right coaches to want to coach and be around the program not just basketball but football too.

It's been a very long time for sure... I know that Coldspring has made the playoffs in basketball every year that I've been alive for sure so that's saying a lot.

As of right now the standings are as follows: 1. Crockett 2. New Waverly 3. Tarkington 4. Shepherd Crockett and New Waverly will battle for the district championship next week. Tarkington and Shepherd are automatically 3rd and 4th respectfully no matter what and with the losses to Trinity and Shepherd this week, Coldspring are officially eliminated from the playoffs. This is the first time in basketball that I can remember that Shepherd and Coldspring was in the same district where Shepherd advances to the playoffs and Coldspring did not.

That's a damn shame... Our team is steady declining like they are uninspired. The writing is on the wall the season is over for us. I'm more interested in Shepherd making it to the playoffs if anything now.

Yes a lot of key players graduated from that team that season... The very best season in Coldspring basketball history.

Lol you might want to check Cleveland... I know a few guys that are looking to go that way.

Lol y'all been doing well for the last few years in basketball... We can't spare anymore players.

That's exactly what is happening. After our state championship run and after the younger Lawniczak brother graduated the team just went down hill from there.

I figured that that would happened... Not only that I've been hearing lately that the talent for at least the next several years (both football and basketball) will be very limited to say the least. But I've said this before most of the talent at least the families I know has moved to other areas outside of Coldspring (most of the talent I've seen here personally where I live in Huntsville). Then you have Shepherd taking some of our students so don't be surprised in a few years Shepherd will be the regular powerhouse around here and Coldspring will be mediocre.

I can't even fathom what was going on right now with this team or the football team.
