Hey Astros bats finally come alive in the 7th. Got a chance for a comeback W
-
Thank goodness for Alvarez
-
I am not so sure the Astros can hit their way out of a wet paper bag. They seem to be getting worse every game. The way they are playing lately, I am not sure they will win the west. Heck the Rangers may catch them. The pitching hasn’t been good lately and the hitting has been atrocious

Valdez is struggling again tonight. He is having a bad August and 1st part of September
-
Good post by AggiesAreWe, however the players that I mentioned that should have been in the minors, should have been in the minors. That is because they are no better than the ones they had to bring up. I agree with all the other things on your posts
-
I think the stat man will figure that out. I see as a team they are averaging about a 150 batting average with RISP. This is not what I would call very good, however stat man will think it is ok I noticed when I posted about them having some players that needed to be sent to the minors, he had a hissy fit and posted what he thought were great stats However about a month later he stated that about half the lineup were minor league players I thought that was interesting He went from how tremendous they were to half being minor league players in less than a month It is hard to win when you can’t score runs because your RISP is about .150 They have 24 regular season games left, hopefully they will win at least half of them

Orangefield (35) @ Woodville (14) FINAL

Just maybe the coach that went to Crawford saw that WV didn’t have a lot of talent in grades 9-12 -
Jasper gets 1st win
-
WB about 35-0
-
PNG’s defense is pretty good. I say PNG about 35-7
-
WOS will probably win 28 to 35 to 0 vs the Dogs. The 3 Ned QB’s must be weaker than water and some post said their OL was really bad. If you can’t score vs the Friendly Raiders, the next 9 on your schedule are going to be tough to beat!
-
A&M offense looked pretty good. They have some good receivers The defense under Elmo looks pretty bad especially the secondary doesn’t look Giving up 24 to UTSA won’t cut it. Look for ND to score at least 35
-
Sorry to burst your bubble, about the only team worse than the Raiders is Warren
-
Always tell it like it is. You must not have watched and observed the game. And yes Texas is always over rated
-
Yes they could Splendora will be better than Lumberton and they have to travel for that game
-
Always over rated Texas!!! Arch was off , however the receivers did a horrific job on their routes. Way too many penalties, RT #73 hurt them badly and defensive secondary pretty weak. Probably 8-4 or 9-3
-
Nederland not scoring a TD vs Lumberton tells me they are BAD. That will be by far the weakest team they play this season. Good possibility of going 0-7 in district and 1-9 for season
-
1-9 is better than 0-10 for the Bulldogs
-
OMG, how bad are the Bulldogs? If they can’t beat the friendly Raiders, it is going to be a long season. Probably the weakest team in their schedule!

I agree with the trade. If you are going to be successful you have to get rid of the cancer and Parsons was becoming a cancer to the Cowboys ( all about me and not the team attitude). This is happening way too often these days and has trickled down to college with the NIL deals. It’s starting to irritate a lot of sports fans -
Astros division lead is fading fast. August record has been poor. If September is like August they will not win their division and may possibly get caught by the Royals for the 3rd wild card. If September is like August, the Yankees and Red Sox will have better wild card records. Hopefully they will right the ship in September

I know that you are looking at all players in a scrimmage, but allowing 6 TD’s is not good defense (not even close to good defense). As I stated The Bulldogs haven’t played good defense since Delbert Spell retired
-
Going to probably be close 1. I say HF
-
Appears that the Indians will be pretty good on defense again. Probably win by about 14
