Hugh come from behind win for the Cards. Way to go and keep it up

The Cards are playing good baseball as of now. The no hitter was super and they needed it badly as the bats have cooled off since OU, SH games. Hopefully they will get them going again and score a lot of runs. Keep it going Lamar

I simply tell it like I see it. The good with the good and the bad with the bad. Unfortunately the Lamar athletic program and the Bulldog program has been really down the past few years. You may not like the bad post , however they are usually spot on. Call it negative if you like, but I call it reality I do appreciate y’all’s posts and keeping up with all sports

You 2 tickle me with some of your post. Yes Lamar is playing very well right now and has 2 Hugh wins against OU. The pitching seems to be much better this season and they are scoring a bunch. The only 3 really bad games were against A&M, South Alabama and Baylor. I hope they keep it up. The key to me , will they continue playing like they are against OU or will they play down to the level of competition in the SLC. Hopefully they will win it all with a very good record and possibly get a 3 seed in the regional round

It is simply reality. McNeese had a great year 30-4 and dominated the SLC, and they certainly had a right to be in the field as well as they played during the season, but the truth is that the SLC is an extremely weak conference

Pretty simple AggiesAreWe McNeese dominated the SLC this season, yes dominated and then got destroyed by Gonzaga I know the truth hurts you though. In fact it looked like McNeese’s glass was completely empty

Pitching wise they are playing fantastic right now. Record very good right now. Hitting below average right now. Hopefully they will keep it up

No one should be surprised at this outcome ,it happens every year. One of their better seasons since they got rid of Harmony though. At least they were conference champions this year

Lamar chose to keep Davis so the Cardinals are going to be mediocre When they play weak teams they have a chance. When they play good teams no chance. A&M is good and you saw the result. Baylor and South Alabama average and you saw the result. The 5 wins were against teams with Lamar’s talent level. Actually the wins vs UTSA and SFA were decent. Wins vs UIC, Southern Indiana, and North Alabama were against weak teams

Hey, good news, the softball team has started the season off with a 3-5 record and should be 5-5 after a doubleheader vs TSU It appears that Hooks is doing better right now and so far have been able to play to the level of the SLC teams

Well myrecordwashorrible, I have come to the conclusion that with Davis leading the way, we will continue to get the same results for Lamar baseball We simply need to remember that under his leadership Lamar has not won a conference championship and only has 1 win in conference tournament play Lamar elected to keep him, so IMO we will see the same results, with close to the same number of wins and losses, with a quick exit if they make it to the conference tournament

Need to continue winning on the road to get the 2 seed

The post you’re talking about was true. It is very sad to get beat by a team that was 3-12 and at that time Price’s teams did compete better. However, I do apologize to you, I was looking at my post before that one that said they were a little better and May finish in the middle of the pack. If they are going to be the 2nd seed, they will have to start winning on the road
