  1. Really??? Ladies and gentlemen, making her setxsports stage debut...... 20cent!!!
  2. The win last night secured home field thru ALCS. How would world series be determined? Best record or head to head?
  3. Not much confidence in miley.
  4. Turn volume all the way up
  5. I wondered bout the timing of it. I remember a few years ago Kevin Smith was honored before our game at state. I thought Coach Hooks was already inducted. Maybe that was the local setx hof? Either way, a long time overdue. Congratulations to him and all the people over the years that helped to make this possible. Another great honor for a great program.
  6. What about using playoff win percentage as a rank for the program's? That seems fair. It wouldn't count beating up smaller teams in preseason or a bad district. Just other playoff teams that have proved they win as well.

  8. The air show was in lake Charles around 88 or 89. I had a long talk with my father about it. He is air force Vietnam veteran that never saw anything out of the ordinary while overseas. First in Vietnam and then Korea. No foo fighters, strange lights, or UFOs. Although he often heard reports of them. But what I found most interesting was that after returning to the states, he witnessed several "test flights" of the sr71 while stationed at Elgin a.f.b. in Florida. He was extremely surprised to see it unveiled to the public in the 80s. Almost 20 years after he first saw it. His thought was that the capabilities of the sr71 were so advanced that nothing could be more secretive. And that it should have been the pinnacle of our airplane technology. He also believes, like many others as well, that "anytime the govt shows its cards, they're already playing with a different deck."
  9. Coworker said mello mushroom was great.
  10. Reminds me of yakov Smirnoff jokes.
  11. Another great solution. Thanks
  12. Sorry I was on my soapbox. Figured I might get some response with the stripper analogy. It worked. The point I was trying to make is that most major drainage projects could be funded with alot less than what is being paid out to flood victims.
  13. Best thing about last weeks cancelation is we should be back to full health. Newton game took alot out of us mentally and physically. This week is just a tune up. But I hope they aren't underestimating the cards.
  14. I hope so. Lamar was a great experience last season.
  15. Next week...
  16. Dont let pita get u. Divide and conquer is her mo
  17. I'd like to see the rest of it. Wonder if they let him go?
  18. Went thru that way today. Wont be easy. Lots of extra traffic
  19. Absolutely made my day. Thanks Dawg. You booger bear.
  20. Ah yes, Nederland it shall be.
  21. Where are the brick oven locations? I think I saw a sign in bc. Is this thus the same chain?
  22. I hate that this had to happen. But steering a storm into the 4th largest city. And an area which has the largest refineries concentrated in such small area. Is not a mistake by whoever seeks to harm our infrastructure. I saw where over 500,000 lightning stikes were detected in this storm. An extremely higher than normal electrical storm.
  23. Not sure which area you are referring to. But we were speaking of orange county. You would be surprised what could be done to protect you and your family from future flooding. They need to quit throwing money at the problem like its the stripper's fault. Find and implement a solution so she doesn't have to stoop to that level. I know people that have been flooded 12x since 2000. That's over $1,000,000 in insurance and FEMA payoffs. And the house is still standing in disrepair since Harvey. Obviously it is too low. But the state wont buy then out. Seems like they want it on the tax roll. They walked away after Harvey and bought a house less than 200 yards away. Thank God it was dry this time.
