Tigers2010 got a reaction from 5GallonBucket in Welcome to the Republican Party
I recently asked my friend's little girl what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be the President. Both of her parents, Liberal Democrats, were standing there, so I asked her. "If you were President, what would be the first thing you would do?"
She replied, "i'd give food and houses to all the homeless people".
Her parents beamed with pride.
"Wow....what a worthy goal," I told her. "But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and sweep my yard, and i'll pay you $50. Then I will take you to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use towards food and new house".
She thought that over a few seconds, the she looked me straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work and you just pay him $50?"
I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."

It's a respectful kind of hate. Not to open another can of worms, but I really don't care for cheaters. If I have to cheat to win, I don't even want to play and the win is tarnished. Old school, I know.

Patriots can't even beat Miami at home, so this game will be close. If not for a stupid offsides, we wouldn't be talking about Brady boy.

NO, not at all. The salt of the earth. He was especially respectful to the peace officers of this country.

1st and goal from the 3. I think it's safe to say they get some sort of points. Just for odds though, the refs cost the Saints a 99.9% chance of playing in the Super Bowl

Brady is about to party it up tonight. I bet he has at least 2 kale smoothies.

NFL got what they wanted. Everyone loves that young coach. One of the worst no calls I have ever seen and most likely would have ended the game with a chip shot field goal for the Saints with no time left. Kinda makes you wonder.

No, we already beat them twice. I never liked Garrett, but he ridiculously won coach of the year two years ago, so it probably takes a while for that to wear off. I think Linehan was the right move. Denver beat the crap out of us last year and they were asked why they were so successful in shutting down our offense. They said they knew what we were going to run before the snap. That's pretty vanilla.

Not automatically.
Hey, let's lighten up a minute. Did ya'll see where Prince Philip rolled his Toyota Landrover? Ninety-seven, and the guy walked away. The vehicle looked like it took a pretty good beating.

Who do you guys see winning it? The list they have running now looks like a good one to me. You would think they would have learned after trotting out Hilary..Nope. Bring on Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and company. What a train wreck of a party.

And it’s kind of a man’s mega sandwich so if the wife likes something a little less meaty, the shrimp po boy is also good. I posit that any guy who passes on the Special loses his man card but it’s permissible for the ladies.

Naw as long as any kid in this area can move on to the next level I’ll support them. Big name schools bring in other schools and smaller schools. More exposure in this area the better for everyone

There is actually a nice mexican restaurant too, called Los Compadres! Highly recommend them. Subway is not my favorite.
